I first purchased the ** Pavilion Plus Laptop 14-eh0097nr for $750 on Sept 17th 2022. I received the laptop on time and everything was going fine until I discovered an issue with the trackpad clicking by itself and getting stuck when I rested my palm and put slight pressure on the palm rest while using it on my lap. This issue made it virtually impossible to use the trackpad with the laptop on my lap as resting my palm resulted in the trackpad getting stuck on clicking.Here is a link to a ******* tech review of the same laptop. ********************************** At this specific timestamp, the reviewer talks about the same exact issue he experienced with the trackpad getting stuck when using the laptop on his lap. Fortunately, he was able to spot this issue within the replacement window and was able to get a replacement in which the new laptop worked perfectly fine. This illustrates that this issue is not just isolated to my hp laptop, it has probably affected multiple laptops as well I however was not able to spot this issue until after the 30-day replacement window hp had. Once I did, I spoke to multiple hp agents over the phone who did not help in recognizing this issue. After a week of talking to agents, one agent finally recommended I bring my laptop to the nearest repair center to me which was a microcenter. When I brought my laptop in, microcenter recommended I ship my laptop directly to hp for repair. I described my issue with the laptop in great detail using the form hp had shipped me and I shipped my laptop to them.After 2 weeks, I finally received the laptop back only for the same issue to still persist. Hp had sent me back the laptop with no fix to the trackpad whatsoever. I immediately contacted another agent and he told me he will put in a repair request for my laptop again. Hp since then had never contacted me about this. It has been months.Under warranty law, I am seeking an immediate refund from ** for the amount I paid for this laptop.Business Response

HP has invoked my rights of my printer, first by telling me i can get a replacement then taking it away when the issue is their fault and not mine, it is a hardware issue with the device and i am not getting my right of a collateral, where my warranty says i am allowed to have itBusiness Response

I purchased an extended warranty for $254.39 on 12/30/20 that is supposed to be fully refundable, if not used during the warranty period. (Order number H339991944) When I log in to my account, it says that the warranty has expired but does not tell me how to get my refund/rebate. I tried using chat to get help and I just keep getting passed around. So, I called and spoke to rep who said that she could not help me but gave me another number to call, ************. I have called this number repeatedly and no one ever picks up. I get dumped into a voicemail and have left many messages but no one has ever called me back. I went back to the website and searched for care pack rebate. I located a form that looks like a rebate form, but it does not have my purchase date as one of the year ranges that can be selected. I would really like to get my money refunded as promised. I feel like their program is designed to frustrate you so you'll forget about getting your money back. I'm hoping that you can help me find someone at HP that knows something about this rebate program and that can help me figure out what I need to do. Purchased a printer which said 6 months free ink, did not want to get in a plan which was never stipulated that if you did not subscribe to HP they would disable your printer from printing. I only changed the black and color cartridges once and still have o e additional box. They wont take the ibk back or allow me to use what I gave. The printer isnt disabled, it just will no longer work with the Instant Ink cartridges you were sent under the programs terms and conditions. If you install non-Instant Ink cartridges, your printer will work as its intended to (barring any unknown hardware issues the printer *** have).

On February 16, 2023 I engaged in an online chat with an HP repetitive. I was provided with a quote (attached) stating I could purchase the product described in the email for $1217.49 (plus tax) and that the quote is valid until 2-23-2023. When I tried to make the purchase on Tuesday 2-21-23 (first via chat and then phone) I was told the price had gone up and that Id have to pay an additional $120 (not including tax). I said the written quote says its valid until February 23rd. I was told that it doesnt matter what the quote says and refused to sell me the laptop for the quoted price. HP Insta Ink subscription Joined in Oct 2020 received ink as should be December 2022 ink stopped being delivered even though I was still using printer and had not cancelled (I started buying my own ink because they did not ship) In June of 2022 I called and cancelled subscription. I was told it was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. In January 2023 I noticed I was still being charged and called to cancel as well as file a dispute thru my credit card for the charges. Was assured again by HP tech I would be refunded fees sinec June and it was cancelled. I just checked this morning and I never received the refund and have been charged again for February. I called spoke with **** and she could do nothing, I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. HP did not follow thru with providing ink for a full year and I believe thru my efforts Im am due a refund of no less the 9 months X 12.71+114.39Business Response

Approximately over 1 month ago I spoke to an agent regarding my instant ink cartridges for my hp **** office jet pro . I told the agent that I would no longer need cartridges because we no longer use that particular printer. We bought a new printer the **** series so at approximately 445am et. I get an email from them saying I would have to pay one last bill cuz I was canceling the account. No one told me Id have to pay for cartridges I never used and why did it take over a month to e mail me this information??? These people are the worst when it comes to customer service. There is no communication. They just yes you to death then play dumb like they dont know what youre talking about. I own a **** series printer. Thats the only printer I should be receiving ink for. Then they send me an email at 430 am but I cant respond cuz there closed till 8am. Terrible experience. They dont listen to their customers at all. My last call was about 2 months ago and they are saying I owe them money? Nonsense. I dont owe them anything. Then to top it off it takes them 2 months to email me. Bought a laptop on Jan 8th. Did it through sales chat and asked for a 2 year warranty. The chat sales agent added the warranty. Got my laptop Febuary 13th. I went to email to get my hp care activated and got responses around February 17th. They said my warranty was not compatible with my laptop. It was not within their scope of practice the email I sent. I'd like something done as that was false sales and I hope someone else does not experience that. My buying process with hp has been horrible and I do not want to buy anything in the future. I only had 1 sales agent help me do the refund correctly. Everyone else was not helpful.Business Response
