I tried to make a warranty claim with the company, when I contacted them and let them know that I am unable to ship back the product, I called them on February 28 with this concern, the lady on the phone told me she would contact the internal team and call me within a few days. Over a week later I didn't get a call back, I called on March 7th, explained the situation, and the lady on the phone told me the same thing that she would contact the internal team, when I told her that was unacceptable because that is what the last person said, I asked to speak with her manager, and she hung up on me.Business Response

This is hardly my first complaint about HP, but as I have seen, they make no efforts to make **************** more accessible to their customers and as long as that remains the case, I will continue to file complaints in the hopes that eventually they will do something other than grab money for equipment purchases and then have the attitude that "it's too bad about you" to their customers. I bought my second laptop from HP last year; the first one died and HP was of no help to guide me to a qualified repair shop. The one I have now has made many problems for me, but at present, the *** port has died completely. I cannot repair it myself; I need a qualified repair lab and my warranty is still very much in force -- but HP refuses to update the information on their website about that, too. As long as they can bleed customers dry, what do they care? There are other problems as well, but as I'm seeing it, I'm already in old age and may never live to get any help at all in getting my laptop repaired or even the details of the purchase made up-to-date. When the day comes that I buy a new laptop, HP will definitely not be the company from whom I will purchase it, I have seen how nonexistent their attitude is toward customers and there are other manufacturers who certainly care enough to be available and not have websites that prevent any contact with humans who can help! Their product stopped working, unknown why. When I called to see if they could assist in fixing, they told me no and I had to purchase and pay for help. There is no damage to the product. Their product just quit working.Business Response

I purchased a laptop for resale to the *****************. Before I did, I checked with your sales team to make sure I wasn't going to pay tax on the item since I have a resale license. The lady I worked with assured me that I needed to pay the taxes up front and when it was sent, I could send my reseller license to your tax address and I would get the tax credited.So I did, when I asked where to send the tax document she then changed the rules and stated I needed to open an account with Small Business. I DON'T WANT TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT! Especially after being lied to.I tried to open an account and was denied. Thanks to your lying employee, I am out almost $100 in tax. I purchased a victus HP laptop that arrived defective. I requested a refund and return . The policy says I need to troubleshoot with their tech ***** took me several calls, transfers, automated service, virtual assistant and the problem couldnt be resolved. They are not sending me a return label, they want to charge me a restocking fee. I did everything they asked. They make it impossible to make a return. This is a bad product and I just dont want a refurbished computer. It will always have problems. I just want to return it for a full refundBusiness Response

I bought an HP printer (and did research before buying a printer to make sure I was getting a decent one) and I just have issues now because there's a subscription for ink. I have an unopened box of ink, still in an unopened shipping box, that they sent me through this program. Apparently it becomes unusable if I cancel the subscription. The subscription also monitors how many pages I print and if I go over I need to pay more. I feel this is a bit unfair having so many things being monitored. At this point though I'm about ready to just toss the printer and get a new one because I really don't enjoy how slow it prints.Business Response

instant ink is a subscription to printer ink., $4.53/month. I tried cancelling in June 2022 but the ** would not cancel the subscription. I needed a new printer because scanner was producing fuzzy images. I bought another HP Envy because I had a current Envy **** and was happy overall. The new Envy **** never could complete its installation despite 8 hours with support. I returned the printer. On reinstalling the old printer I discover it no longer will scan without downloading drivers from HP. I tried but the Hp **** is no longer supported. All scanning must be from cloud AND they are charging for it on yearly/monthly basis. So because i attempted to be a repeat customer I was not only forced to return a new printer because it would not complete installation but I LOST SCANNING on my old printer! How dare they! The only thing that would satisfy me is a certified HP installer make the old Envy **** work with their Cloud based scanning AND I get free ************* for the life of the printer. Alternately, pay me $100 so I can get another scanner.Business Response
