      Pressured to sign up for replacement ink, with the understanding that I would only pay for Ink used. Based off a monthly fee. I was just starting with a new business that would require x amount of printing, which didn't work out. So I never even went through the first cartridges of ink, which were supposed to be free! So I contacted HP to let them know I wanted to cancel the subscription. But no response. Then the credit card that was attached to their service had encountered a fraud attempt and was canceled by my bank! I let HP know I was not renewing the card because I had canceled there service. **** immediately stopped the account which impeded my ability to print. Then they recognized my cancelation and said they would continue to charge me till the end of this month and bill me! But I have not even used the free Ink that came with the printer and have been blocked from using the printer, which they sent a warning of the stop date. I told them a month ago they could keep what ever I had already paid even though I never needed the additional Ink. Just stop the charge, and release the block on the printer. But they continue to state They're billing me and seem to think I'm still able use the printer. I hope the BBB can put a stop to companies like this.

      So first of all I would love to start off by saying I absolutely love HP products I have been with them with the **** SERIES, Even when the bought Palm and had both there phones and tablets. I have had probably ever niche product they ever made even Android Tablet Printer and almost all there BEATS collabs and some B&O collabs HOWEVER I have a problem with my current gaming rig. Its an HP Pavilion Gaming Rig and I bought it from ******* I believe OR possibly Amazon. Either way I took this item out of the box and had it set up. Im a pro level computer user I can code, build computers from scratch, I can make apps, I can video edit, do networking and beyond. This computer was always attached to a surge protector and there is no reason for the mother board going out. I always made sure there was no dust on the mothervoard or in the power supply infact I went to bestbuy to had them test it all and the motherboard just s*** out on my for no reason I dont understand I didnt connect anything to this or mess with it in anyway. Im a poor student that is halfway through school and I cannot afford to buy another one of these for my art degree in photography plus I love this computer. I was wondering if HP would do the right thing and either fix this or trade it out. I cant go without a computer and this is basically just junk now from *** been told so I dont know what to do all I know is I need some help so I thought I would reach out to a company I love, I know, I have faith in and I have been loyal too very very very very very loyal probably spent my life savings in ink on youre excellent printers. Is there anything you guys can do to help me please. This may have been a model that came out in 2022 but I didnt buy it tell 2023 last year on my bday and so its fairly new. I treat my stuff very very very well. I have already had it all checked out and it would cost more to replace the parts then buy a whole new PC and need to finish my degreee and cannot afford this PLEASEHELP

      I purchased the ** Care Pack for my personal computer on October 21, 2021, which costed me $253. They said that if I did not use their service until the end date (February 3rd, 2024), I am entitled to get a rebate worth the amount I paid for. I followed their instruction and filed the rebate form and sent them an email to get my refund on February 16th, 2024. After waiting for more than 2 months, I did not hear back from them. I reached out via email again, as well as calling their customer service line. They redirected me to countless different department, but none of them knew anything about anything. After wasting so much time with them, I feel like they are purposely deceiving me and they totally lied about their care pack program. I would like to formally file a complaint and expose them of deceitful practice, and I hope they face legal consequences.

      Ive got a faulty HP Printer from you again third time . Inspire Envy 7995e I wasted lots of time trying to trouble shoot.For many years ive only purchased HP but I can see now that your ** has changed not for the better . .*** spent tons of time e mailing as there no tel no for head office in ** and Your service has been non existent .Im at my limit now with all of this .Do I need to take you to small claims **urt for not living up to my warranty ?It seems that would have been easier and quicker .I want this Escalated to a senior supervisor please to resolve my issue .I want a refund for the printer and my money back for an unopened cartridge .I tried to get another model but it seems no one in your *** seems to know what software and features your printers have .Please call me asap as this has **st me a lot of my time and money for no result .

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have  been given nothing but obstacles to try to get my problem resolved .

      Im disabled and a senior and ive been a refused By your ** to send me a  return  box .As i paid for a warranty I also had to provide again a bill of sale when the office depot store had closed .

      On top of this now he wants a receipt for an unused unopened cartridge .

      Hes made everything very difficult .

      I had already supplied bill of sale the first time i had to return the printer but your ** said they lost it .

      This had been going on over 3 months with no use of a printer .

      Shame on you

      We recently switched service on our wifi, and I'm trouble getting the printer reconnected to the network. I called tech support, and - after many calls and call drops and being put on hold repeatedly - I finally spoke with a real person.I told him the problem - simple enough for a tech support guy, right? - and he then told me he would not help me unless I paid $20 as my printer is out of warranty.What?! I told him the printer isn't broken. I just need someone to quickly walk me through how to reconnect the device to wifi. He just continued to reiterate that he needed $20. It felt like a shakedown. Or like a schoolyard bully was trying to steal my lunch money.Absolutely ridiculous.

      I bought 3 HP office jet series 9125e computers. None of them ever worked and printed. Unless of course I had bought there ink. I was on hold 5 different times and was HUNG UP ON. with no call back. HP use to have good products these are awful and customer service is in the PHillipines and essentially non exsistent. I almost lost a job over this and I will never buy another HP product again. I am contacting the Attorney g=General

      My case number ********** was supposed to be handled by having new cartridges sent to me with expedited shipping. I never received the replacements, my case was closed, and it is impossible to reach someone via online chat. You only have an option of speaking to a robot. I need a refund for the time I have lost and my cartridges ASAP.

      Back on 3/26 I was contacted by a ********************* from HP ******************** Commercial Escelations Case Manager @ ******************************* and given a case # of ********** (practically a MONTH ago), This was to get me my 4 TONER cartridges for my HP Printer HP**** Laser that were NOT installed in my printer when I got it. I bought the printer brand new through a discount program w/ the insiders that work with HP for discounted items in exchange for a review for HP/testimonial and also to get the Word Of Mouth out there on ************ on new products. She had told me on the same day she contacted me (3/26/2024) that she would get the order placed... It was supposedly placed and then supposedly escelated as it was 'out of stock' on all 4 toners. If these are supposedly on 'back order' I dont know why HP doesnt have them drop shipped say like from ******, where they are IN stock and sold and shipped by amazon. Not only is there quality control issue's with missing items on the assemby line there is QC Problems with 'spare parts' on a relatively newly made printer model # ****. The last contact I had from her was on 4/10/2024, Nothing since... I sent multiple emails no reply to any except 1 automatic replay (out of office). I've called her direct line a few times and also left a message days and days ago, no return call. Ive never gotten any automated email's from HP(status) Over the following 3 weeks I would hear from here approximately once or twice a week on a status. I've also called the Phone number above and NOT entered a extension number and asked the regular CSR Rep for a update on the Case # assigned (********** ) (when I wasnt able to contact her) and was told by a few CSR Reps this case number didn't exist. Not sure if I've been being lied to or what but along with the case # supposedly not even existing It looks like i'm being GHOSTED/IGNORED, and in a few days we will be at the 1 MONTH **** on this. I DO have all email's from ******.

      we bought a smart HP printer 5 months ago. any use of any other cartileges in the printer makes it not work. we are forced to use their service for ink otherwise it is a useless machine. that is totally illegal.
