    I bought leetcode membership last year (11/26/2021) with Black Friday deal (129USD). This year, they offer the same deal and auto renewal my subscription with original price on 11/26/2022 (159 USD). They don't have any reminder before processing the billing and I am not even want to have this membership for this year any more (already have a job). As a company targeting to help people landing IT jobs, they can do their subscription renewal work flow much clearer but they are not. They are trying to let the customer paying the subscription by mistake. I am trying to send the email, request to cancel the policy and not getting feedback yet. I feel this is a very rude behaviour and I don't want their service anymore. I just want to have the refund.

    LeetCode billed me for $159 USD, without any notice of an upcoming renewal. I've not used this service for months, and don't have any plans to either. I was not aware of how predatory their subscription services are, but a simple google search will show how disgusting it really is. For a website that solely provides value due to crowd sourcing their customers, they are not very customer friendly. Invoice #******** Please refund.

    I signed up for LeetCode Premium on November 23 2021, with the intent to use it for one year. On November 23 2022, LeetCode billed me for a second year. That same day, I cancelled my subscription and contacted LeetCode to request a refund for the second year. LeetCode refused to issue a refund. To be clear: I am being charged for one year of services that start today, November 23 2022, even though I do not want those services.

    My leetcode account was being automatically renewed for an annual premium subscription without a prior notice (email or text or mail) for $159 on 11/24/2022. I cancelled the subscription on the same day but cannot get a refund for service that I have not even used. I am hoping BBB can follow up with them to issue the full refund to me.     I signed up for LeetCode Premium on November 22 2021 for one year. Then on 11/22/2022, LeetCode billed me for a second year. I immediately cancelled my subscription on the same day and contacted LeetCode to request a refund because I haven't used the service at all since the second charge. However LeetCode ignores my request. To be clear: I have been charged for one year of services starting 11/22/2022, even though I do not want those services.

    It looks to be happening to everyone here and I hope they can correct the way how they auto renew people's subscription and not waste people's time writing up this complain. Everyone is busy and they should not run business in this way. For me, I subscribed the yearly plan last year using the black Friday discount price but they just renewed the subscription automatically without any notice, while I don't intend to renew the subscription. What's worse is that they charged me with the full price even though I did the subscription with the discounted price last year.

Once I checked my credit card statement and noticed today (Nov. 9th), I canceled the subscription immediately but I cannot get a refund for the service that I have not even used.     i bought one year access to leetcode in November 2021 and the website made me think it's a one time payment but it secretly store my credit card information and charged me for auto renew on11/03/2022 without any email for reminder or auto renew information for this whole year. i have not logged in/ use it since May 2022 and i only logged in on 11/05/2022 to cancel the auto renew ongoing forward. Leetcode should explicitly let me know that it's storing my credit card and this is not one time but auto renewing through email and website payment page
