    My leetcode account was being automatically renewed for an annual premium subscription without a prior notice (email or text or mail) for $159 on Oct 2nd. I cancelled the subscription on the same day but cannot get a refund for service that I have not even used. I am hoping BBB can follow up with them to issue the full refund to me.     I participated in the Bring Leetcode ************** (Limited time offer, 09/14 - 09/27) promo event this year with ****** email address. My ********** provides two different *** email addresses associated with the same email account for ************************************************** I was not sure which of the address has more student participants ************** in the event, *****************, so I signed up for the promo event with both email addresses to check out, associated with two different Leetcode accounts. However, I have just found that the numbers of people pledged are the same under each of the two addresses. The Leetcode does not distinguish participants from******* addresses or from ******* addresses in the event. But the system does distinguish between two addresses during sign-up because I was charged twice $99 in the event. Therefore, I would like to cancel one ********* participation and get the refund payment for one of my accounts, because it is r***ndant, and I should not be counted twice in the pledge number. Meanwhile, if the number ends up >50 after 09/27, I will be charged twice at 99$, which is something I want to avoid. I wrote the email to cancel the ********* event participation payment under************** with the username****************************** on 09/21, and hoped it can get processed before the promo is activated after 09/27, but received no reply.

    Hello, I was charged $99 on the 26th of September for an entire year( without any notice/warning.). And I canceled the subscription immediately since I was not using the service and do not intend to use it further. I asked for a refund. Leetcode is not replying to me and hence would really like you to follow up with them for me.

    Hello, Last year I subscribed to leetCode's 1 year premium subscription as I was looking for a new job and wanted to improve my technical skills. Last month when I saw my credit card statement, I see that the subscription has been renewed. So I contacted leet code and informed them that I did not intend to renew the subscription and that I have not used any of the premium features of the account since the automatic renewal. Leet code has still refused to refund my money. Leetcode should not be using an auto renew subscription by default. Leetcode should not be relying on customers forgetting to cancel their subscription to make money. Customers will automatically renew if what leet code offers is that good. The amount I was charged (automatically) is $ 159.00 on 6th July 2022. The email id associated with my account at leet code is *******************

    LC just billed me for another year of service which I have no intention of using, I have canceled the subscription but the billing remains and my credit card still got charged. I would like LC to refund me the money for the service.
