    My Leetcode account was automatically renewed for an annual premium subscription without ANY prior notice via email, text, etc. for $159 on Nov 5th. Once I checked my credit card statement and noticed today (Nov. 9th), I canceled the subscription immediately but I cannot get a refund for the service that I have not even used. I am hoping**** can follow up with them to issue the full refund to me. My invoice number is #xps5cyns. Thank you.

    Thanks for your reply!

    According to our Cancellation and Refund Policy displayed during the checkout process and on Terms of Service ****************************** the account owner must cancel a subscription before its renewal date to avoid the next billing. And there is no refund for the subscription cancellation.

    However, as a one-time exception for our loyal customer, I've refunded the full $159.00 back to your original account. The refund might take from 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank account.

    In order to provide this refund for you, I have canceled the unwanted annual subscription in your account, which ends your account's premium service immediately, and your account will not be charged again until you re-subscribe to a new premium subscription.

    i bought one year access to leetcode in November 2021 and the website made me think it's a one time payment but it secretly store my credit card information and charged me for auto renew on11/03/2022 without any email for reminder or auto renew information for this whole year. i have not logged in/ use it since May 2022 and i only logged in on 11/05/2022 to cancel the auto renew ongoing forward. Leetcode should explicitly let me know that it's storing my credit card and this is not one time but auto renewing through email and website payment page
