      I am reporting Apple Cash because on September 21st of this year I transferred $995.00 of my money to my Cash App account. The after transferring the $995 Cash App immediately declined the transaction. I have spoken to both Apple Cash and Cash App on numerous occasions for two months now and there has been no resolution to where my money is. Apple Cash tells me Cash App has my money and then Cash App tells me that Apple Cash has my money. This is very wrong for a person to have to experience just trying to receive my money back. I desperately need my money back because I am a mother of 2 and I am indigent living in every *****. Can someone please help me? Cash App Decline Transaction #************ Cash App Case# ******** Apple Cash Case Number ********* ; ********* Apple Cash Approval Code: ******. I am also reporting the Manager from Cash App known as MJ. ** contacted me after the BBB reached out to them cash app asking for account information and then telling me that she/he could not share any information and that there was nothing that they could do for me. How is this possible if it is my account? I really would just like my money back please.

      I have no received my money back from Cash App. A lady named ** was of no help I gave all the information possible to get a resolution to this issue and Cash App fails to help. Apple Cash said the transfer went through and that Cash App accepted the transfer but as of yet I still do not have my $995.00

      I have not received my funds and Cash App accepted the transaction regardless of them stating that the transaction was declined. **** has a proof of posting and an approval code for this transaction. I am under the assumption that Cash App refuses to give me my money back and are scamming me. Cash App is I believe fraudulent.

      On November29 , 2022 I was sending payment to *************************. But the 500 dollar payment was sent to wrong ************************* in ******* and I have requested help in getting money back and requested from acct but no one will help from cash app to fix problem. Im disabled and second time with issues with cash app. Please help.

      I was scammed via social media and ultimately through cash app. Cash app has previously closed accounts of the scammer but refuses to acknowledge how their lack of security lead to this person opening multiple accounts and continuing their scam. I found out too late that I was in fact being scammed.

      *************************** was renting a bed at my house. He signed agreeing that refund of deposit is subject to 30-days notice. He only gave 1 day notice. He wasnt happy about not getting back his deposit so he disputed the $210. Cash app took that amount from my account without getting my input. I called Cash app several times asking for their help, offering the evidence, but they refused and even hung up the phone on me. They protected the bad guy by helping him steal my money, and arent interested in helping me recover it.

      i need someone to contact me it has been months now and you closed my account and there was money on it and i have not been able to get it out and no one seems to want to help me have gone through all the channels the you have told me to do and nothing i want my money and i want someone to explain and help with this problem it dont it a replay here in the next couple will have to take you to court...... cash app is the worst thing I have ever messed with and everyone will know. The account was sent to 575 2 months ago and I have case # ********. I hope you take this seriously because you have houses and no money and you don't seem to care like I have stated. I will come at you in every direction to ************ across about your company and get my money back. Please contact me asap.

      Several transactions on CashAp for Bitcoin in Several amounts $100, $1,100, $150, $10 and $500. These monies went to a company named Concextrades. This company and associate *********************, are scamming monies from people who are investing into their Bitcoin. Fraudulent scheme promising large payouts.

      Cash app sent me 2 cards in the mail (to an old address) despite the fact that my credit is frozen. It is unacceptable that you can receive this card (and presumably an account and app without them checking your credit. This is a terrible opportunity for FRAUD. Also, they will not cancel the cards over the phone. You must go though a ridiculous online process to cancel a card/account.

      Cash App has been requesting me to verify my account which I have comoed 7 times now and still no response no Han to speak to and not to me tion they are holding my Govermwnt ID. I want all my info destroyed from there system. It should take 7 days to verify ID. When I sent over all the proper ID requested by them.
