    I have a subscription service through them for awhile. Quality was great and customer care service was top notch. Until April. Then the address on shipping changed and the packaging was less quality with damage to product. And the shipping increased 2 fold. Then the changed product. So it's lesser quality and customer care lies and I cut my total done but kept my subscription out of faith. My sub was never shipped this month but they have sent 3 shipping notifications. They print the labels then you don't receive your product. Sad to see a good company go in the dumpster

    this company are a fraudulent company their lab testing is a joke and completely fabricated their products are Neuro toxic and full of chemicals they also don't refund orders their products are of the lowest of quality and will eventually cause damage to the body and brain with continued use!!!;

    Don't know what I was thinking. After being a loyal customer of ******************** for years, they s**** me over on an order I waited patiently for nearly two weeks for, when normally shipments arrive in a few days. Got two dab containers from them, HHCO and THCP, and when I open the container for the ***** it's 90% GONE. Reach out to Support, they try to make it seem like it's not their issue, but they're the ones who sent this c*** to me! Now I have to repackage this ****, a shame I haven't even touched this stuff because I knew they might try to pull something like this. Sending them back my full order, and now I gotta call my bank and tell them the crooked c*** I had to endure so I can get my money back. Because I know I can't talk to Binoid about it. I'm done. With customer service and their company acting like this, they won't be in business much longer.

    I have to agree with what ********** and others have said about Binoid. I have spent a few hundred dollars with this company but I won't be spending any more. They do lie about shipping and EVERY order I've placed with them has had some issue with shipping. Their customer service is terrible. I've had them to lose orders as well. Sure. I got a refund. Then had to go through the hassle of ordering it some place else. I only ordered from them because they were supposedly a good company but I think customers have the RIGHT to know what to expect from a company, especially if you order a lot like I do, and I can tell you that you cannot expect good customer service from these folks!

    Have a complaint. Have been dealing with these people for the last few months. Just the other month I had a problem with a vape cartridge. Used their chat line to help and finally they agreed to send another at no charge. That went fine. My next order arrived the other week and 1 bottle of gummies was missing. Chatted with them about it and they agreed to send another bottle. No bottle ever arrived. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone to answer me about it. Have sent emails and even found a phone number which when called just hangs up. I paid for those gummies and cannot get in contact with anyone from this company. Can someone help me?

    My underage son ordered vapes from this company until I caught him in December, when he was 15. As a result of confiscating it from him, I had to deal with aggressive behavior, had to record his behavior, go live on FB for my safety, and had to have him ***** Acted and removed by law enforcement for threatening me over these vape pens. I sent the first vape back and wrote a letter to the company asking them not to send anything to my address. My son then started ordering them in his sister's name until I caught the package in March, which defies my request not to have them sent here. My son is now dependent on them and tries to get vapes by any means, and it has ripped our relationship apart as a result, and he's only 16. If another vape is sent to my house from the company, I'm getting a lawyer.

    This company does not stand behind anything they say. They lie about shipping and then blame the ***** Maybe they were good once but a new broom always sweeps clean. Now they stink ! Keep your $$ far away from these ppl as they DO NOT come thru as they say they will. They will just stop communicating when they can't come up with any more excuses. Very disappointed in them !
