    Id leave zero stars if I could... supposedly "strongest" gummies on yhe market??? I ate 40 of them... 2 whole containers... zero effect... there is absolutely ZERO THC in ANY of their products... nothing but a f****** SCAM... didnt even taste very good either...

    These folks are less reliable than the neighborhood plug, and there customer service has gone way down hill. They will claim to have shipped an order that the shipper clearly states has not been received. They'll make promises about shipping timelines and guaranteed tracking, and then make up excuses and lie when there is no tracking/delivery estimate. The product is decent, but the lack of professionalism and unreliability makes it not worth it.

    ************, I ordered off one of their "strongest gummy ever" ads as a first time user and it doesn't do c*** After opening the bottle they wont let you return. The large mg is almost ALL cbd and non pyschoactive. They are misrepresenting their company and will scam you.

    Best alt noid company out there. I had a problem with one of my Vapes and the customer service was amazing and they helped me with my problems til the end thank you binoid for being an outstanding company and helping me out!

    I have been ordering from Binoid for close to two years now and in that time it seems their customer service went from acceptable to bad to ugly. I've bought from them so much that I am on their highest tier of "customer loyalty". The products are OK and speaking for myself, I've always (eventually) got what I paid for. But they outright lie to you about how long it takes a product to ship. They send you an email a day or so after placing an order claiming they shipped your order out, but every single time they say that you can check with **** and see that they have not even received the product yet. Also, paying extra for shipping does not actually mean it arrives at your mailbox any faster. The products are OK, but it's not exactly hard to find *** products. I'd advise everyone to look elsewhere if possible.

    Got product an one was burnt brownish black an taste awful, other tasted good but not something id consume as it tastes more plastic an fake. They won't return money but will be return product. They don't give money back but only pressure u with more coupons to buy more products that probably be the same junk...

    This company consistently offers items they are unable to provide. They also claim items have shipped that have not. I was lied to about an order multiple times only to be told that actually it didn't ship and the item is out of stock. Look elsewhere. ****** this company.

    Like the others here I ordered various items from Binoid and they showed receipt of my order and the next day showed it as shipped (label created). Waited about a week and never recieved the package so I contacted them through their email and never heard back. It has now been 2 weeks.. sent them another request because status still showed shipped but was still in label created mode. Contacted them again and heard nothing back. So today I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me immediately. Such terrible customer service!

    This company is terrible,I have burned my mouth and my hand and do have video showing this and the hot oil spitting out of the mouth piece and running down the cartridge. They knew this particular cartridge was defective and I was told they were replacing it in December. I'm not the only one who had issues with this particular cartridge.

    All the positive 5 star reviews are from binoid! These people are total scammers. Not only is their product junk, but customer service is nearly non existent. They totally lie about their product. It's hemp. No thc. Junk.
