This followed my request for a refund due to defective products, which appears to be retaliatory and violates fair business practices.**Details of Issue:** As a loyal customer with multiple orders, I had quality issues with products in my latest purchase. I requested a refund, declining their offer of store credit. I believe a refund was processed. Afterward, I found my account blocked from buying on their website, despite trying different payment methods, emails, and devices. So its been proven that their website mines crypto based on user data and card information given by customers, I recently ordered two (most likely fake and made in a sweatshop) disposable vaporizers and submitted a claim to customer support and did eventually receive a response. The reply email I received seemed to be generated by AI., however. This is not unusual for customer support on this website to have issues, based on various customer reports Ive seen throughout different discussion forums. I simply wished to chat with an associate so that my claim would be seen and handled. This has not and is most likely never going to happen. The fact alone this website requests actual card information instead of ****** or some other form of e-payment is sketchy enough as is. If one of your associates would at the very least click the link and visit the website for like thirty seconds, I and many other angry customers would appreciate it. I placed an order on March 9th and it was supposedly shipped out March 10th according to ****. I had used priority mail express and the package was supposed to be here March 13th. The package never left ********** where it originated from. **** has no idea what happened to the package. Its either lost, stolen, or mishandled. Bloomz is keeping my money that I used to pay for the product and they will not issue a refund. I have not received the package and **** does not know where its at. After nearly a year and over $1000 worth of successful orders, ******* is now marking my Binoid orders as fraud. However, the charges immediately hit my bank account and are held against my available balance. Binoid marks it for a refund, however, it can take banks up to 10 business days or 2 full weeks to process said refund. In the meantime, I don't have use of those funds or available credit. Furthermore, every attempt, whether online chat, or email are ignored. The moment order details are provided and an explanation is requested for their actions, all communications stop. Emails are simply ignored. Having a legitimate order marked as fraud is a pain in the a** enough. But to ignore your loyal customer's request for an explanation is absurd, as well as having a charge suspected as fraud hit my account in the first place! The point of fraud protection is to prevent the damage to the consumer and business to begin with. Not to allow the charge to be processed. Then ignore all requests for an explanation. All while hoping your bank processes the authorization ASAP so you can get your improperly held funds back!Initial Complaint

Subject: Complaint Against Binoid for Fraudulent Behavior Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to report an issue with Binoid, a company I have been a loyal customer of for several months. Throughout my time as a customer, I have made numerous purchases and accumulated store credit points through their loyalty program. Recently, I earned $20 in store credit, which I attempted to use towards a purchase.Unfortunately, every time I tried to make a purchase using my store credit, Binoid rejected my attempts, claiming "fraud." This claim is entirely baseless, as there has been no fraudulent activity on my part. To resolve this issue, I reached out to their customer service through multiple communication channels, including email and live chat. However, my efforts were completely ignored, and I received no response or clarification from the company.This lack of transparency and refusal to honor their loyalty program is unacceptable and feels deceptive. I ordered a 3.5g vape cartridge. After opening it, I realized it doesn't fit my device. They refuse to exchange it because I opened it even though it's unused.
