    I ordered a 3.5g vape cartridge. After opening it, I realized it doesn't fit my device. They refuse to exchange it because I opened it even though it's unused.

    Hi,This complaint pertains to bloomhempz.com , a company of Binoid I decided to try out their product after heavy advertising. There was a code for 50% off that I used to make an initial purchase in order to determine whether I want to do business with them. After the sample came in, I saw that the hemp was a dark brown color and it was weak. I was also not informed that it was a one time use coupon, because I placed several orders with it. I thought it was seasonal or holiday coupon. Yet the price was so cheap, so I decided to place further orders even though the original 2 were lost in mail. Their customer service is garbage on chat and on the phone. On chat they simply start ignoring you. Anyways, after them telling me to call my post office (yeah, OK) and getting my stuff lost, I decided to make a final attempt to get something that I posited as possibly good from their website. After having all orders declined (it was gonna be an expensive one, too), I was completely locked out and "subject to account review" for violating the coupon. They also charged me full price for the failed attempt to get a new order and are not refunding it. This company is a serious mess. They don't know how to properly handle customers, and their product is mediocre at best yet they want premium prices for it. They just raise the prices and then give you a coupon ;-) you have to be a moron to fall for this c*** I still want that particular product but I also want 200+ dollars that they have charged me. Don't look at all these positive reviews. Spend some more money on the real thing.

    7-29-24 Order placed and confirmed 7-30-24 **** shipping label created ********************** 8-1-24 Requested update. Was told order shipped, **** tracking wasnt working.8-5-24 Requested another update, told same thing.I feel like Ive been scammed, especially after reading other people having the same problem. I just want my order. **** still only shows label created still.

    Spent 160 dollars on these clowns and they wont even ship my order its been almost a week and I paid the extra 33 for fast shipping too what the h*** is wrong with them ??? I have asked for a refund no reply

    Order placed on May 29, 2024. Today is June 8th 2024 and the package has never shipped from the sender. This is the 5th time that this has occurred. I address it with them but it never changes. I just want the package I paid for to be shipped. Binoid is in *******. I am in **************. Binoid uses **** and it should only take a few days.

    False advertising about the products being "natural" nothing is natural about delta8, hhc, hhco, hhcp, ect. They all have to be made in a lab to reach the quantities advertised. They even mention in some product descriptions that they use a "clean manufacturing process". Complete red flag if you have to specify it is natural and clean.

    Hi,

    All of our cannabinoid come from the hemp plant, and trusted suppliers. They are derived from hemp. There are processes for purity that are used in the pharmaceutical industry that we also use in the hemp industry. Some cannabinoids are naturally occurring and some are not.

    4/1/2024 I placed an order for their THCA diamonds for one they are not what theyre advertising number two I asked them and I have the screenshot to prove it if it was legal to ship their product to the state of ******** they stated it was several times. They stated this that is a complete lie that is against law and couldve gotten me into trouble thats the whole reason I asked because I was not sure, they shipped it to me. I found out during the shipping process that it was not allowed to be shipped to Me brought this there to their attention asked for a refund. They wanted me to mail their product back to them and break the law to get a refund I told him I flushed their product down the toilet. I did not want their illegal s*** in my house. I have been to prison and I want no trouble. All I want is a refund for the illegal product that they sold me and mailed to me, they repeatedly told me a manager would be in contact with me and never was. I have the screenshots of all of this to prove it.

    I ordered a product and paid extra for priority shipping on 12/29. The company sent me an email twice saying they have shipped my product yet it hasnt even been picked up yet. Im not in a rush but what really upsets me is this companies lying tactics. When I asked why they told me it shipped when it didnt, they sent me an email telling me **** doesnt pickup on Weekends (including Saturday) which just is a straight up lie as they pickup on Saturday (the day they told me it shipped). The shipping tactic they use (telling a customer it shipped even though only the label has been made) is very very low class and im frankly upset that I paid for priority shipping and now im wondering if **** ever be sent out as I need the product within two weeks. They should spend more time adhering to orders than they do deleting bad comments.

    Hi, 

    This order shows delivered on the 6th of January. The customer mentions they ordered on the 29th, the Friday before New Years. Which means the post office is closed until Tuesday the 2nd, in which is was picked up and delivered 4 days later on the 6th. We do pack orders on Saturday, however pickups do not come on Saturdays anymore due to the post office schedule. Although we have Saturdays booked for pickup, they do not pick up anymore. Our goal is packing orders in 24 hours, but the pickup depends on the pickup service and during the holidays there were a lot of absences from the postal services and delays. We do the best we can, and all things considering this order delivered very quickly.

    I ordered on September 11th and just got an email saying that there was a flag and now my products not been sent and they did not give me a refund

    Both orders from this customers show shipped and delivered. We checked the customer, and it triggered fraud due to the same name used as a blacklisted customer. The issue was resolved and both orders were moved to processing because the customer was able to provide ID and photo of the card used on the orders. We did not receive any email after the order was shipped. But both orders were marked as delivered in the tracking.

    I ordered an amount of flower hemp (1 oz) THC-P product from the ****** site on the 3rd of August. It promised 2-3 days shipping and it was given a tracking number ********************** and it didn't even get delivered to the *********** in ***** **. I complained several times over a period of two weeks and they said they would "reship" it two or three of those times It never got another shipment and the fourth or fith time i chatted on their site they said it would be reshiped with the same number as I had. they wanted me to wait another two days. they didn't in fact reship and just let me wait on the lost mail. The said they are moving to Colorado from ***** but I am now Lost in the Mail and exasperated about talking to them again. i dont' know what they want other than to antagonize me every two days.
