This company promises fast shipping (arriving within 2 to 4 days) yet my order has not moved yet. They sent a tracking number which says the label has been printed but the package has not been received by the ***** After doing some research this is apparently a common scam this company pulls, telling customers their order has shipped yet it never moves. Some report their orders never arrive, some say it does arrive but much later than promised, and some get a completely different item than what they ordered. I have also seen many say that when they reach out to support in these situations they are lied to or never answered. I have already contacted their support but fear I will not see a response, will never be refunded, or will never see my order arrive.Initial Complaint

I ordered ****O Gummies from Binoid (Order #******) on April 23. I received an email that the ordered shipped on April 26 and 3 days later (April 29), the ordered arrived. However, I got the wrong gummies and returned the package to the Northridge address and ask for a correction or refund. Binoid continued to advertise the ****O products and I decided to place another order (Order #******) on April 29, but later decided to cancel the order and wait for Order #****** to resolve. I have an email from ********** on April 29 that Order #****** was cancelled and my $69.99 was going to be refunded. Later that day (April 29), I decided to order the ****O gummies (Order #******) and wrote in the note: If ****O gummies not available please cancel order. Do not substitute. Thanks. On May 1, I got an email: This is ******* from Binoid CBD and we are reaching out to you regarding order# ******. Our ****O Products are now out of stock and is phased out as well. I questioned about a store credit for the cost of returning Order #******, which I was given and have used on Order #******. On May 2, ************* Representative ***** emailed: We no longer have THCO products as they have been phased out just last week. We've processed the refund of $69.99 back to the card instead. Depending on your bank, it may take at least 7 - ****************************************** show on your statement. Rest assured it has been processed on our end, and we recommend contacting your card issuing bank to check how long it takes for them to post the refund. On May 18, an email from ***** said "We checked within our system on we show the following: Order ****** order placed on April 29, was refunded on April 30 and order ****** was placed on April 23, and refunded May 2;" my bank account only shows one refund on May 1. As of today (May 20), I have not been refunded for one of the following orders: ******, ******, or ******.Business Response

Hi,
I took a look into the orders, and ************************* ordered products that we had to discontinue due to new legal legislation regarding THC-O products, and we were not able to ship his orders. We offered a refund or a replacement with a different product. We ended up refunding all the orders with information below:
Order ******- Refunded through NMI today, June 10th
Order ****** - Already refunded NMI April 30, 2023 at 7:16 am
Order ****** - NMI Charge Voided April 29, 2023 at 8:09 amAll orders have been refunded and should show in the account. If that is not the case ******* should reach out to ** to get it resolved and possibly send a refund an alternative way.

Yes we submitted a refund when ********************* requested it. However, we just checked again and it said refund failed. He never reached out to us after we submitted the refund so we had no idea of any possible error. So we refunded him properly this time. He talked to our team and apologized for the BBB complaint, and we got it all figured out amicably with *********************. Can we please remove this.

I am small business in ******** and have been ordering from binoid for almost a year now. The shipments have been taking longer and longer to get to me over the past 2 months. Now an order for over $1500 that I placed over a month ago still isn't here. I call over and over and email with no response. When I did get hold of someone they told me it would be here in a couple days. It's been over 2 weeks. Still nothing and no responses from this company. I am extremely unhappy. This company has cost me thousands of dollars. If your small business and wanna actually get your product then I suggest staying away from binoid.Business Response

Hi there, this is in response to Complaint ID: ******** by ***********************. This customer placed an order with us on April 13, 2022 for $1503.82. During this time, we were going through a move from one state to another, so shipping times were unusually impacted. This was explained to him in a text message thread and over the phone. We fulfilled part of his order ($679.33 worth) - here is the *** tracking for the partial shipment 1Z68XA840309076698, showing delivered on May 2nd and received by ***** - and had explained to him that the rest of his order will be shipped separately within the few days. He was understandably frustrated with the unusual delay, so we agreed to refund the rest of his money for the products that werent yet fulfilled ($824.49 worth) on May 9th to his card ending in ****. He had decided to wait until we were finished with the move to place his next order. ***** has placed almost 30 orders with us, and we have always fulfilled his orders within 1-2 business days. ***** also inquired to place a new order with us on June 6 and apologized for his bad review, claiming that he was stressing at the moment.Initial Complaint

Joined their affiliate program last year. Everything was fine until recently.. I have to contact them to receive a payout of my commissions and now they have completely stopped paying and responding to my emails. They told me my payout request was submitted on Dec 8 and that I would receive the funds within 5-7 days. Needless to say as of writing this it has been over 12 days and I haven't received anything, they have now stopped all communications. I have earned over ******* since Dec and have not been paid what is owed. If its as simple as them no longer wanting to pay their affiliates I feel they should at least pay us what is rightfully owed and then cut us from the program. Instead, they just stopped all communication and refuse to send the payment. Below I have included screen shots of my sales, transactions, payments and what is owed. I have brought them over 12 Thousand dollars in business and they still refuse to pay the measly ********** I will be escalating this to small claims court and have already prepped, notified them and I will only have to pay ** to start the claim. I would prefer this be settled and call it a day but I will do what I have to to get what is rightfully owed. Pretty ****** for them to do this right before Christmas.Business Response

I ordered CBD and they sent me the wrong item. The offered to let me keep it for half price and would send me another order. I was charged $164 and am still owed this amount. Every time I contact them, which has been many times, they say expect refund in 2 days. I have been waiting since august. Please help.
