    Absolute fraud, claims about products are false.Clearly selling falsely labelled product, possibly with adverse health effects to the end user.

    Beware, they sell to minors, they didnt even offer a refund, feel I should report them to the appropriate federal authorities.

    I ordered merchandise from Binoid and never received it. Customer support was terrible and pretty much said once they mail an order its out of their hands. Tracking shows I never received the merchandise. When I asked for a refund they said they will not process a refund with out mailing the merchandise back. I never received the merchandise delivery tracking proves it! Still no refund.

    This customer was advised to wait for his order to arrive until August 17 and he never reached out again after the email we sent him last August 16 . His order was tagged as delivered last August 16.     This customers order was delivered on August 18 and they didn't email respond on the email after I told them that it was out for delivery that day, also didn't sent another email. If there is an issue the customer can reach out to us at *************************************** or our 24/7 website chat service.

    Terrible customer service. Can't place an order, and the issue stopping it is unclear. When order placed, did not get an email letting me know it is confirmed. Great idea, and sounds like fine products, IF you can actually place an order! Avoid!!
