    I appreciate the updates and instant replies when its about what I ordered. Although my order was late by almost a month, and when a month almost went by I was notified that what I ordered was out of stock. I then chose the option they gave me with an apology, for a refund. I have not gotten my refund yet, it days later, and it seems they sent me something and it still wasnt wat I ordered. But Im grateful I guess.

    Very quick, helpful, professional and kind responses, always. There was some confusion and delay around items shipping, but customer service was responsive and kind, and worked things out. When shipped, the service was good. Once received, the quality of all the items was high.
