    I ordered a hoodie from an organization I support and it arrived with the lettering already peeling off. I contacted Teespring and I received a response very quickly and they sent me a replacement hoodie which came out perfect and I was able to keep or donate the original. The customer service representative was very friendly and professional in our interactions. I'll definitely be buying through them again! Excellent customer service.

    This company has horrendous customer service. They stick to the "Sorry, that's just our policy" verbiage even when they are clearly at fault. It has been 2 months since I ordered 4 shirts. I am still waiting for 1. I have tried to get it in a different size/color and have been denied because it's "in production." What does that even mean? If you don't have the shirt in stock, how can it be in production? You can't speak to a manager, you can't call... the only way to contact them is through their support email and then they send back a bunch of "Sorry for the inconvenience" replies. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend.

    I ordered some shirts and a sticker.Shirts showed up quickly but the sticker got lost somewhere along the way.Spoke to ******** and she dealt with it bin a timely manner and sent me another sticker at no cost.Will deal with this company on the future

    I ordered a shirt and when I got it it was damaged. It look like the shirt had got to hot and made the design where you couldnt read it. I contacted the company and ***** the representative got the problem fixed a- sap. He had me to take picture of the shirt and send to them. I did and within a week I received my new shirt. I want to thank ***** and the spring group for fast and prompt service. Will be ordering again shame on the mess Thank you ?? Ol Stumpy

    It took 8 weeks for my four stickers to get to ******* ****** which I did not like. Maybe that was the postal service's fault and not theirs.The stickers I did receive were the wrong size. Not what I ordered, but when I emailed customer service within 24 hours they re-ordered for me at no cost.Hopefully, I will get the right size stickers and in good time.. we will see.

    *** ordered merch through this website three times and always has a great experience! I really appreciate all the emails with order status updates. Ive also had to communicate with their customer support twice (one time, the tshirt fit was too big, another, I got a duplicate sticker) and their responses have always been very quick, helpful, polite, and supportive. I always stress out about reaching out to the customer support but ********************** made it so easy (and even pleasant) for me!
