    I reached out about doing a return for a shirt I ordered. They asked pretty quickly if there was an issue. I said I bought a new shirt in a larger size and wanted to return the original but didn't want to wait for the exchange. They quickly got back to me and said not to worry about the original return and to donate or give away the shirt and thanked me for my business.I know when companies do this they eat the cost to keep the customer but I appreciated the quick responses and customer focused policy. As a side note the shipping was reasonable and everything was fairly priced.

    I'm a content creator that used Spring to create merch for my followers. The first couple of times I worked with them, things went fairly smoothly other than a few followers complaining about low quality and the design peeling off after the first wash. However, my most recent and final merch release with them was an absolute nightmare. I dropped my new merch in January 2023, and by late February the complaints were rolling in daily from followers saying they still hadn't received their orders. I contacted Spring to see what was happening and why none of my followers were receiving their orders, and they told me that they were in the process of moving to a new production facility and that everything backlogged would ship by the beginning of March. If they had warned their creators of this in advance, I would have never sold merch with them during this period knowing my followers wouldn't receive it for months. But the damage was already done there, so I assured my followers that everything would ship by early March. Fast forward to April, May, now June, and some of my followers are STILL waiting on their orders. The ones that have received their orders received sloppily made, low-quality pieces that were clearly rushed through since they're so behind. It's embarrassing, and I'm the one that has to answer for their mess. I've been fielding daily complaints from followers for months, which hurts my own reputation. And the most frustrating part is that this is all entirely out of my hands to resolve. Their customer support doesn't even respond to me or my followers half the time, and when they do they just give canned responses with no real information or solutions. I have never experienced a more unprofessional or careless company, and I will absolutely never work with them again. I hope that other creators follow suit to avoid the nightmare that I've had to deal with because of Spring.

    I use Spring for my online merchandise sales and I was having trouble updating some merch. They were very prompt and patient and helped me update my shop quickly and without frustrating me even more. I appreciate the chat rep for being knowledgeable and quick with his responses.

    So, the ************** lost my original Spring shirt I had ordered and my son was really bummed. I got told no worries by the ************ the shirt will eventually be delivered...but it never came. A little over a month after I should have received the shirt, I gave up on the *********** and reached out to Spring. In particular, a gentleman by the name of ******. He was extremely receptive and understanding. He helped me sort out the problem and was able to send me a replacement T-shirt at no cost. This meant the world to my son and to me. They turned a really crappy situation into a wonderful one. Thank you ******!
