    The lack of communication and poor timing is unacceptable. I have been unable to reach anyone, with 3 tickets open. It has been two months with no communication. I now want to cancel my three orders. The store has been deleted for some reason and reads: "Sorry, this product is history!" Please refund my money asap and cancel these orders or ship them asap.

    1) I ordered 2 shirts and was charged for 2 (one M, one S, both cream color). I was charged $65.44. However, confirmation email shows $32.72 and only 1 shirt. 2) Shirt was promised July 31 to Aug 4th but never shipped. I reached out via chat and got no response. I reached out via email several times, and go no response despite listed 24 hour / 1 business day SLA response time. 3) I was finally able to connect with a representative over chat. On Aug 8th the order was supposed to be canceled and refunded but has not been. I ordered this for an event and at this point will not get it in time for the event so I want a refund due to the supplier not meeting their commitments and not responding to customer inquiries and complaints per the **** listed in their communications.

    On 4/9/2025.I paid $30.31 with taxes and shipping for a shirt.I never received the shirt. It's been 4 months. It been "in production" also for a couple months.I asked for a refund via chat support at least a week ago and have received no refund.

    I didn't get my payout for ***** dollars and I made the request on 07/17 of last month and still have not received it. I have seen that my ****** account information is correct on my end. this there automated reposes We've received your payout and we're processing it now! Payout requests are processed once a month. Payouts must be requested by the 21st of the month in order to be included with the payouts processed at the end of that month.     I ordered a shirt through one of their creators on July 13th, getting the confirmation that the order was competed and was estimated to be done the 24th - 28th of that same month. ****** is now here and Im without a shirt looking at other peoples experiences with the company and realizing that my shirt might not come for many more months without reason, notice, or a way to cancel because its not a preorder and because the product was instantly put as printing making me unable to cancel. This is a scummy practice which scams people out of money for shirts that they dont know will ever come, I dont want to be another person waiting 6+ months for their product to arrive.

    I ordered a hooded sweatshirt from Teespring (order 01JMFZ7EMWHWNGTCK2049DY3QG034b) on February 19 of this year. As of now this order has not been fulfilled. I filed support case ****** on March 16th, and was told by "*********" on the same day that "Toward the end of January, we experienced an unexpectedly high volume of orders, which created a backlog with our new print partners," which caused the delay. On August 1st I filed support ticket ****** to get another update; as of now there has been no response and I am unable to find any way to get an update on the support ticket.

    I previously filed a complaint regarding this order, the business agreed to provide a refund or complete the order. I followed up with the business and asked for a refund. The initial order was made February 20, 2025. My request for a refund was first made June 7, and again on June 15. On June 15 I was told that if I continued to reach out, it would move my request out of the queue to be cancelled. I stopped reaching out to allow time to cancel my order and refund it. It is now August 7 and I still have not received a refund. This business has held onto my money for nearly 6 months, refuses to fulfill my order, and now refuses to refund my money, that they have held onto, interest free, for 6 months. At this point, I just want my money back.

    I ordered three T-shirts on July 9, 2025. Estimated delivery date was July *****, 2025. I have never received a shipping confirmation and the order tracking states my shirts are still in production. I have sent several emails to customer service with no response detailing an update on my order and no refund issued. I have only received automated emails stating they will get back to me in 24 business hours and I have received no response.

    Waited months for products from their merch builder (Spring) that never arrived. They took so long I had to ask them to refund the shipping. Got tired of waiting, so I requested a refund. Its been a few months and no refund.

    I placed an order with Spring by Amaze on July 14th, 2025. There have been no updates about my order. I was supposed to receive it last month. It is now August. I tried reaching out to customer service, which has indicated that they will respond in 24 hours but it has been several days. I want a refund. This company is a scam.
