    Study.com charged me almost **** for an erroneous account. I had an account with them under my email and was paying around ** a month. I did not know I was paying an additional *** a month for an account I was unaware of until I purchased an account monitoring software. I tried to call ********* to eradicate this, and they emailed me to tell me they did not conduct business over the phone. I then received an email telling me they would "courteously" rescind one of my *** payments. I was charged for the months of May, June, July, and August 2022. That's almost **** that I was unaware of, and I never used that erroneous account. I want my money back, please, and thank you.

    I did a subscription on September first to study ************** on STUDY.COM They offered the subscription at ****** I assigned but every time I want to keep in the program it says I have to upgrade the program because it does not say at the beginning how was it. I upgraded the same moment to continuing study but when I was going to have the quizzes it says upgraded and i did not like it. They lie to you with ****** and it would be ******* I said I did not like it when people lie to you. I canceled the same day i opened it and I was asking my money back. They did not offer this program or promotion or mentioned at the beginning or they did not show me the restrictions at the beginning either. UNLESS YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PURSUANT TO A PROMOTION THAT INCLUDES A REFUND RIGHT, AND YOU SATISFY ALL APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY FOR SUCH REFUNDS. The plans are: Answer edition ****** / Basic Edition ****** They don't want to return what I paid.

    Scam. Created an account and was INSTANTLY charged over ************ No notice. Nothing. Signed up for what I thought was a free trial. I wasn't even charged on the right card!!!! It was through Paypal and tried all my cards to charge them!!! Avoid at ALL costs unless you want them to take everything out of your bank account.

    On 8/24/2022 I went to increase the length of account that has been paused. Instead I clicked the wrong button and when my account unpaused I was charged the full month. It's not a service that I need or plan to keep using. It's over **** worth of a transaction.

    I have been calling ********* and They charged my card ****** for a membership account and the was suppose to ***** and I have reach to several people in customer service but they have refused to help and I did recieve a email but the support never responded back once I email them so I would to have the amount back to me in the of ****** that was removed from my card this was the incorrect amount .

    I used********** for three months to study for the CPCE. Nearly none of the material they taught me was on the exam. I have heard this from other folks, so I am filing a complaint. They are falsely advertising that this program prepares folks for the CPCE when there is almost no overlap of material. 1, possibly 2 questions out of nearly 200 were covered by **********

    I used study.com to prepare for my social work licensing exam (LMSW) The site claims to provide the appropriate content to take the test. When I tested, none of information was recognizable as the content I had studied on study.com (which I studied extensively). Also, I contacted ASWB. The rep said study.com has no connection to their organization. I spent $59.99 for 3 months (approximately $180) and want my money returned. I will talk to ASWB further about pursuing a lawsuit for wasted money and time.

    This is the complaint I sent to STUDY.COM. It lays out my complaint to them: "Since I have no recollection of signing up for study.com, I didn't know my password. I tried to get it "changed", and received notice on study.com site that they sent a password to my email . No such message is in my inbox or in my spam folder. I am trying to learn how in the world I signed myself up for a study course while my wife and I were in a frantic, desperate battle against her cancer. I am 75 years old - it's not like I'm planning to go to college! You have been charging me monthly since June but have not sent me anything. I did not see the charges until today, and immediately contacted you to resolve the problem. My wife has been very ill since last year, and my attention has been and is focused solely on her and her comfort. It is not my nature to think a company would employ stealth to get people into memberships, so I became distracted from policing my credit card statements. I am contacting the FTC and BBB. I will not allow you to keep my hard-earned money. I suggest you give me my money back."

    The transaction was not returned even though a 30-day guarantee. I used the trial offer for less than 1 hour. This is in direct violation of the guarantee.

    I somehow/ accidentally set up two accounts with study.com. They have charged me on two credit cards for just one service. I only signed up for one month. April to may. They won't refund me the double charge for that month, or for the may June or June July charges on two credit cards. I haven't used the service since April. When I call it goes to a voicemail. They will only communicate through email with me and said they elevated my case.
