      I have been trying to reach facebook for weeks now and no response. There are some facebook charges on my credit card that I have no idea what they are for and there is no receipt on my account reflecting what these charges are for I have reached out to them many times and never received a respons..

      I ********************************* have been having issues with Meta Technology for some time now. Dated back February of 2023, I have also sent a number of emails and messages to the meta team previous times before mailing them a letter regarding my issues. Each complaint that I have made to Meta support team has been ignored or not resolved. For example, I wrote a long letter explaining the issues, that I have been having on my Content page with pictures attached explaining on June 23,2023 to ********** in ********** , I am a Content Creator and administrator, I am also an individual business owner, who signed on with Facebook to create passive income. Some of the ways to generate income are, receiving 1k or more views or likes on videos, post, the amount of shares, engagements, stars, bonuses etc. I have yet to generate any money any of those ways except for stars and ads on reels. I know that Facebook is a billion dollar company and Im just a citizen that cant pay for an attorney or anyone to help me when I am having problems, what I do know is that I am not being treated fairly and something needs to be done.       My Facebook account was hacked on 7/13/23. My email and phone number were changed and a meta pay pin created in my name. I contacted meta thru every channel I could find and never got a resolution. The hackers were trying to sell false items under my name. There were several people that contacted the hacker interested in an item. This is fraud and illegal and the company has no response or care to resolve the issue. Its infuriating that there is no point of contact.

      Just a few days before August 10th I received a notification of copyright infrengment. On August 10 I received a notification about suspecting activity on my account. i had started verifying everything on my account, and noticed i had messages to someone. I do not know these 2 individuals so i selected to delete them. once that was complete my account was disabled. i have lost everything. my newly started Ecomm business is ruined, since facebook was the platform i was using.

      Why do you allow groups such as this one? There is a lot of tension. You allow these groups with the moment someone of color responds we're blocked. The proof is here Why are these type of groups allowed on Facebook? My account was flagged for being a fake account but you allow fake accounts on Facebook to spam. I had a dating profile and you continuously make me verify my profile and you see my face!! What is the purpose of you collecting several videos of my face when I'm responding with people back and forth? What is up with the double standard of allowing racist videos racist groups racist posts but you don't allow the black Americans to respond back? We are instantly blocked. SHUT IT DOWN!!

      I'm ********************************, 40 years old , I live at *********, ********** Now I'm super depressed . sick also had a big bad impact on my family. Because of the Facebook he took down, my page has 33 thousand followers by the way. My page name is BTK TV. that's already disabled. For your information, my page is still monetized and there are no violations. I'm earning my star sender. I'm earning on stream ads I'm earning in subscriptions. Meaning my page is Healty I don't violate any violations. Because on Facebook, if you violate some community violations, immediately suspend your monitazation. But I haven't received any warnings, one warning, 2, warning 3. Facebook immediately took down my page without any apparent reason. And also, I never used videos of other people. All my content are my original work, my original face and my original voice I never used different videos from other content creators. Even if I violated some videos' content, they need to flag down the videos and I am willing to remove the video and fix my mistakes. Not this to took down my page . I'm super worried, stressed and super sick because I'm traumatic what Facebook did to me. I spent a lot of time on my page. I spent a lot of thousands of money because every day I bought a boosting service from Facebook to get views and also to reach more people who need my help to inspire them with my videos. I have 33k followers They believed I honest. I'm responsible. I'm a good person and a good Speaker for them. But now this is very unfair to all my followers and to me. Many of my followers They watch to forget the problem and to be happy every single hour. A lot of my followers are always waiting for my inspirational words from God. But now my Facebook Page is already Disabled. This is just not for me only . This for 33 thousand followers that Facebook management they stop and they suppred they joy they happiness and Facebook they stop them listening to the beautiful inspiration words from my content videos. But now they don't have a chance to see me again because of giving a mistake and wrong violation. I very strongly disagree with what Facebook did. For me, if I make some mistake, just restrict my account or remove my monitization that's called fairness and equality, judicial process. But Facebook never restricted my page. never demonitized my page. But right away, Facebook disabled my BTK TV page. Do you think that's fair? I think is the better action Facebook management did is? Restrict my page doesn't allow me to upload videos and remove my monitazation. After that, but do not disable my BTK TV PAge that very injustice. But now what happened? No investigation, no review of my 3 minute video, my liVe videos, my reels videos. right away facebook management They took down my page. Im feel dying ,this big deal for me im so dippressed. My page is my life. I need justice right away. I need action. I have a lot of screenshots To clarify, my page is healthy because my page is monitized by star senders, monetized in stream ads, and monitized in subscriptions. I need justice. I want to pay the Facebook management for my destroyed life. I have evidence My page screenshotted on Facebook said I didn't have any violations before they took down my page. I have a receipt from PayPal. I spent thousands of money to build my social media fan base. I filled last August appeal to reinstate my Fb Page. Buy they still ignoring me. I send three times updates messages about my appeal. But they still ignoring me. Meaning facebook management they want to destroy my life forever. I hope this letter you can help and Facebook pay me what they big damages they did.       I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that has been ongoing for the past 11 months regarding my Facebook account.11 months ago, my device was compromised by a malicious software, which resulted in a breach of my personal data and the compromise of my Facebook account(it only lasted few hours and everything happened overnight,now everythings back to normal). In response to this, Facebook took action and disabled my access to the platform. I have since taken steps to regain control of my account and have successfully done so, however, my account remains disabled. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, I am unable to submit my identification documents to prove my legitimacy, as the software for doing so appears to be malfunctioning. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue. The fact that my account has been disabled for 11 months now, has caused me inconvenience and distress. I do not wish to be a victim of someone else's wrongdoing, and my only solution is to have my account reinstated. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer in this matter.       Hello, Im the *********** of the brand ****************** All the images of my products are posted on instagram. All the products have my logo stamped on the inside. My brand name is also trademarked, and an LLC. My account has been disabled to do someone reporting it as infringement. This is impossible.I am the owner of the brand, I designed the products, and i photograph them. I have submitted an appeal with instagram, but no luck. My page was disabled August 11th.       On 8/12/2023 between 5:35PM and 7:17PM I received multiple emails from *************************************** with subject line "______ is your Facebook account recovery code" for all of them I clicked on the link for "If you didn't request a new password, let us know." At 7:18PM I got an email saying my password has been reset and if it wasn't me, to click on the "it wasn't me" link. Seems like a hacker has gained access to my account. changed my ******************** name to "Peringatan Pemblokiran" (not my name). and caused my account to get disabled. I have tried multiple times from different FAQ links to try and recover my account, and have had my family help report this, but all have led to error messages like "Your account has been disabled. If you have any questions or concerns, you can visit our FAQ page here." or dead ends like "We are working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can." All of the methods I have tried to use is roundabout and since I cannot log into my account, I'm unable to contact any type of Meta/Facebook member support.

      I listed a pair of Vuori brand shorts for sale on Facebook Marketplace. I received the notification that the shorts were purchased by a ***************** located in *******, ******* on August 4th. I was given the buyers address and asked to ship the item and provide tracking information. I shipped the shorts on August 4th and provided tracking information to the buyer that day via ***** tracking number **********************. The shorts were delivered August 7th as seen on the tracking number. I received a message from the buyer saying they received a refund because a tracking number was never given, even though they received one and the item was delivered. Facebook said it needed to be on some page on their website, not just in a message. When I asked Facebook to reverse this decision, they would not. Facebook suggested I ask the buyer to checkout again. The buyer will not do this - they have decided to steal the item. I then not only lost my item (**********), but also paid $6 additionally to ship the item as well. Facebook is not intervening and providing seller protection that they guarantee by using their service.
