      This will be the seventh or eighth time now that I have tried to reach out to Instagram about my business account that they have disabledfor the moment I have gotten on five different phone calls with five different people, and they have guided me to my dream and every time it completed Completed tickets no completion though never got what they told me

      I sold a wedding dress in February 2025 on Marketplace and uploaded the tracking information. The buyer received the dress and gave a wonderful review. I have 5-star ratings for anything I have ever sold on marketplace.. which isn't that much- just a casual seller. I have not been paid since it was sold. Every time I seek support from fb/meta/marketplace, for this matter, it tell me to go to the order and submit an issue. Well, I did- I am not allowed to ask again, it just keeps coming up that someone from support will respond within 48 hours. It's ridiculous because here we are in August, 6 months later, and nothing. It has prohibited me from selling other items other than locally because I'm afraid I won't get paid. I am so disappointed. I have also tried to upload my new address (copy of driver's license etc., and no luck. The fact that no one is available to call, or email directly is bad-bad business. They should pay me what is due and with interest. AND an apology. I'm pretty easy going usually, but this is like I said, bad business. Doesn't **** care at all? ****

      My name is Dr. ***** ****, owner of ***********************. I rely on ***** platforms for advertising and business growth.On August 10, 2025, I was locked out of my Meta Business Account. Since then, **** has repeatedly requested redundant documentation that I have already submitted multiple times, including government ID, business registration, and invoices. Despite full compliance, the case remains unresolved.I pay for Meta Verified, which is supposed to provide priority support. Instead, my support chats are left marked In Progress with no responses for days at a time. I have requested escalation at least ten times, but **** has not honored those requests. **** has also missed three scheduled calls with me and ignored at least six alternative times I provided at their request. These repeated failures have left me without a path to resolution.This has stalled for weeks and has prevented me from running ads or accessing services I have paid for, causing direct financial harm to my business.I have also requested reasonable *** accommodations for communication and case handling. **** has acknowledged these requests but on August 13, 2025, verbally refused to provide my necessary accommodations, which has made it even more difficult to resolve my case. Resolution requested:Immediate reinstatement of my Meta Business Account.Written confirmation that my case has been escalated to the correct internal team.Acknowledgment that **** has received and accepted the documents I already submitted so I do not have to continue re-sending the same information.Follow-through on scheduled calls or, at minimum, reliable communication from a qualified agent.Assurance that the **** **************** I am paying for will be honored with responsive, priority support.I am filing this complaint because **** has not provided a clear path to resolution through its internal support channels.       Facebook and Marketplace blocked me without any clear explanation, simply claiming that I violated Marketplace rules.I appealed several times but never received a response. I also contacted support and got no answer whatsoever. It has now been over a year with no resolution.Everything I listed for sale on Marketplace belongs to me.       My Meta Payout Account (ID: **************** was unjustifiably restricted, and **** has withheld $4,500 USD in earned revenue.Despite multiple requests for clarification and instructions to submit any required documents, **** has failed to provide a clear explanation, due process, or resolution. My account remains restricted, and my funds remain inaccessible.This has caused significant financial harm and appears to violate Metas own payout terms, as well as fair business practices.I am requesting the following resolution:1.       On 8/11/25 - my deactivated facebook profile was hacked and used for propagating scam weight loss ads. All my friends and contacts were tagged on multiple posts. I've tried to recover my account, however, ******************** has not provided any resolution or method to recover or close down the compromised account (******************************************************). I reached out on 8/12/25 and received a reply that Facebook would delete the account. However, as of 16 hours ago, spam is still being sent from an this hacked account - confirmed by my family. I still have no resolution and would like to have this account deleted and the deletion confirmed.

      I am filing this complaint regarding the wrongful disabling of my personal Facebook and Instagram accounts.For transparency, I created a separate Instagram account (gay.boybunny) that contained risqu content. This account was private and not linked to my personal or professional activities other than being attached to my email. I understand Metas decision to disable that specific account on 8/16 and do not contest it.However, at the same time, my personal Facebook account **** ******** and personal Instagram account Clayyford were also disabled. These accounts contained no policy-violating content and were used solely for maintaining personal connections with family, friends, and professional networks.Despite submitting an appeal through Metas official process, I have been locked out and unable to appeal further. I have not received any clear explanation as to why my personal accounts were included in the enforcement action.The disabling of my personal accounts has caused significant harm, including:Loss of years of personal and professional connections.Damage to reputation, as my accounts are used to maintain important social and professional ties.Emotional and practical hardship due to sudden, unexplained loss of access.Resolution Sought:I respectfully request the immediate reinstatement of my personal Facebook and Instagram accounts, as they did not violate Metas policies. I also request a written explanation of why these accounts were disabled and assurance that enforcement actions will be applied only to accounts that actually violate policy.I accept Metas decision regarding the risqu Instagram account, gay.boybunny, but my personal accounts should be restored.Desired Outcome: Reinstatement of personal Facebook and Instagram accounts and written explanation of action.

      Summary: Wrongful suspension of Instagram account despite completing video verification; appeals unanswered.Details:My Instagram account @[faydafish] was suddenly suspended at 4:00 AM (PT) on August 16, 2025 while I was not logged in or using the app. When I attempted to sign in, Instagram required a video selfie verification (follow-the-arrow head movement). I completed that verification immediately. Despite this, my account remains locked.I have always followed ******************** Guidelines. I submitted an appeal via ********************** and also emailed ********************* (and related addresses) but have received no response. This account contains years of personal photos, memories, and contacts.       On May 30, 2025 I tried to setup a Facebook Account for the first time EVER.The account was created and verified but when I signed in for the fist time I was greeted with a notice that my account had been locked for "violation of community standards".I was than offered an appeal which only consisted of pushing a button that said "Appeal".There was no chance to ask for, or offer, an explanation.Approximately 5 to ******************************************************************************************** recourse available to **** have owned and operated my own business for over 35 years, I have 820+ credit score, no criminal record, lived at the same address for over 20 years, have never had a Facebook account in the past under any name, have never made a single post on Facebook because I was banned before I could and I am over 70 years old.WHAT could I have possibly done to violate the "Community Standards"?They hide behind a wall of IT with no available human contact so I have no way to get an answer of any kind.I would really like to know how, or why, I got banned for life.All i wanted was to have access to the Facebook Marketplace, now I feel like a criminal with no rights at all.This is so Un American.
