I have been trying to cancel a subscription with Wix.com since August 20th, 2025. They provide no customer service and no way to stop charges or remove your credit card from the account. I have cancelled all domains and subscriptions but they charged my card $368.88 on September 20. I requested a refund through their website but it says that it cannot be processed since it is more than 14 days old. It was processed on September 20th and has NOT been 14 days yet. They provide no customer service and no way to cancel your subscription.I want a refund AND my credit card number removed from their subscriptions.Initial Complaint

On September 29 2025 I was charged $846 by WIX.COM on my credit card for a auto-renew payment. This fee was for a service period that would start Sept. 29 2025 and go until Oct. 2028. Within 5 minutes of this charge I reached out to *** customer service to let them know I was charged in error and that I need a refund. I don't want the service, did not agree to the service, and was not informed of the upcoming renewal. They refused. A few important factors here:1. I was never emailed or contacted to be informed of this auto-renewal payment. The email address WIX stored for me was incorrect, and yields and auto***ly that states it is an inactive email if someone attempts to write that address. Per California's California's updated Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), effective July 1, 2025 businesses are required to obtain express affirmative consent for auto-renewal terms.2. *** charged me a price that was 55% higher than the price stated when I first signed up in 2022. I never agreed to a price increase. The only place this price increase was noted was on a pop up tab on their website. Never via email or any other communication.3. The process of canceling an auto-renew payment is NOT clear and does not match the method used to sign up for service. Even with a customer support *** helping me it was difficult to understand how to stop auto pay.4. Upon learning WIX would not refund me, I went to Reddit to explain my experience and see if anyone else had a successful refund processed. I learned over the course of only 24 hours of multiple other people having the exact experience. This leads me to believe my experience is not isolated.WIX is engaged in predatory business practices. Not only do I want my refund, but I would like an investigation launched into *** for the general public to learn more about how and why they are doing this to their customers.Initial Complaint

Wix charged me $576.00 on June 3rd, 2025 on a card I had on file with them. However, I have not used their services in 2 years or so. I disputed the charge with my bank and received a provisional credit on June 9th. On July 30th, the credit was reversed stating it was a legitimate charge. I contacted *** but they would not reverse the charge saying I did not cancel services before the charge date and that is their policy. They told me a notice was sent out prior to the charge but I did not receive the notice. I am not using their website services and do not have an active website with them and they still refuse to refund my money, even after several emails discussing this.Initial Complaint

*** was able to auto-process payment with a card that was expired and incorrect billing information on the account. I noticed it this year after the charged caused an additional overdraft fee. However the card on file had been expired for the last 2 charges. Outside of the pop up notification on the account, there was no decline or notification to update payment information from the system. This poses a greater security risk than just an inconvenience to me. They refused to offer a refund stating that the item (domain registration) falls outside of their refund policy, but per their own notification, they should have never been able to process a charge in the first place. An expired card on file should always be flagged, declined and the card holder notified.Initial Complaint

In 2022, I engaged with wix.com for premium services. In 2025, I was charged $756 for an auto renewal of the premium subscription that I have no recollection of committing to nor was this done without my consent. I have attempted requesting a refund for this, but wix.com claims that their policy does not refund auto renewals. Im looking for a refund of these charges because I did not consent to them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a one-year subscription from Wix.com on July 17th, 2025 for approximately $234. The website was never activated or functional. Within the first month, I requested cancellation and refund, but *** denied my request citing a 14-day policy. I appealed, but only received an automated denial and no further assistance.Wix is retaining a full years payment for services that were never delivered. I am requesting a refund of $234.Initial Complaint
