    I am filing this complaint because *** has charged me incorrectly for my website subscription.On 9/11/25, I was charged $368 for an annual subscription, but at the same time, Wix continued charging me monthly fees for the same service. This means I was effectively double-billed.I contacted Wix support multiple times to resolve this issue. Despite explaining clearly that I was being charged both annually and monthly, Wix has refused to refund the extra charges or correct the billing problem. Their customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for the ********** this point, I no longer trust Wix to handle my billing fairly or provide the service I paid for. I am requesting the following:1. A full refund of the incorrect monthly charges made after I was charged for the annual subscription.2. Confirmation that my account is only being charged once for my chosen subscription.3. Assurance that this issue will not happen again.If Wix is unwilling to resolve this matter, I want to formally document their refusal through this BBB complaint so other consumers are aware of their unfair billing practices.Desired Resolution: Refund of improper charges and correction of the problem.

    This complaint about the creation of a website that I ordered on 31 July. The website was created by mid Aug. By the end of Aug I began to have conversation with ****** and ***** about finalizing the website, they then tried to hard sell me on extras like optimization which I declined to their indignation. Then they inquired about a hosting server to place the files, they never mentioned I needed one but they said they could provide one for me I found a web hosting server with someone else at half the price and they really became indignant that I did not go with their server. Then on 9 Sept I was told that they needed me to validate the content of the website (this is a task they should be doing for $1764). This is a task that I am not qualified or knowledgable in doing. Lo and behold, they said they can doing this for me for a fee....another $1900. This is a blatant bait and switch tactic. I was never informed of all these extra items. I did provide them with a server but they will not finalize and release the website. I feel that they are hold my website hostage until I pay them the "******". Just to be clear, this is a service/product I paid for and have received nothing in return.

    They will charge you $348 for autonewal without even warning you it's coming. And then they will tell you they can't refund you your money.. *********!! I don't use wix and haven't in a long time! Why are they taking that money out. Stay away from WIX!!!

    Last year I cancelled my plan with Wix.com yet they are today charging my credit card ****** to renew. I have a new website and I cancelled with Wix and I cannot get through to a person at Wix to resolve this issue. Worst, the credit card people at ********** say I'm responsible for that money, and I swear to you, I cancelled with Wix before my renewal date came up.

    I have been a wix customer for over a year now. They refuse to fix the mismatching canonical tag in the source code, causing ****** to not index my site. I am battling them to just rank on ****** instead of them being a boost for me. Now, their blog post editor doesn't work and its dang near impossible to speak to someone. It's all AI driven garbage outputs.

    On July 13, 2025, my business ************************** checking account was automatically charged $432 for another full year subscription to *** Website builder. I mistakenly forgot to turn off the auto renew feature from the prior year. I was alarmed and financially stressed that I was charged with no prior warning by phone or email and even before the subscription expired on July 27, 2025. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of. The main company is located in ********, ******. I have not received any refund since requesting one since July 16, 2025. I was told 45 days for them to review. It is "Under review". I am extremely disappointed. I will never ever again use this website builder for any of my business needs. I will stick with a local **************** going forward. As of today, which is approximately 45 days since I have not received an answer or my refund to cancel. In Mid-August, I filed a complaint with my Bank, and my Bank is seeking the refund for me as well. They do very poor business even with prior customers (2 years) like me. it seems that no one even care to email or call you to try to remedy any of these issues. Very Poor customer servicing from ***.

    I canceled subscription to Wix.com in 2024. In August of 2025 they charged me a subscription renewal. Ive attempted numerous times through their customer support to have the charge refunded and provided proof of cancellation. They have refused.
