    On 01/01/2022, I paid Kool Docs Preferable Process (*************) $60.00 for personal service of court documents (******, Order to Produce Statement of Assets & ******, Small Claims Subpoena) plus an additional $28.00 for mileage fee for a grand total of $88.00 (Invoice #**** paid in full). I paid the invoice through email on line with my debit card. The transaction was processed through my credit union on 01/03/22. On 01/03/22, I received an email from ************* stating that my payment was received and the documents that needed to be served were successfully received as well and that he would prepare to make service the following day (01/04/22). That was last time I heard from ************* from Kool Docs. I emailed him at lease 5 separate times asking him for a status check; if the court documents were served or not. I also called him and left several voicemails. All my attempts were met with negative results. Due to ************* not responding to me in time for the court appearance that was scheduled for 02/15/22, I had to cancel the court hearing which cost me an additional $60.00 in court fees.
