      About March 22 this year, our 10-year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator was not cooling preperly, though the freezer-drawer at the bottom seemed to be working well. We called **** for repairs and Damir came and replaced the damper motor. The work was supposed to be guaranteed for 90 days. but the problem recurred around April 12. So I called **** again, and Famil came and replaced the damper motor and the control-board and the problem stopped, with a similar guarantee. It is now April 26, and the cooling compartment is again at room temperature, while the freezer-drawer still works well. I will soon be calling you again, hopefully for the last time, but I want some recompense for the previous two failed guarantees. Please don't keep repeating the replacements and charging us each time. J. D. T.
