5 starsFirst time using this service and I was very impressed and it exceeded my expectations. Im so happy my electric stove is working now. The best part was ************************* the technician that came out to do the work. 1 starTechnician was awesome. Company was unorganized, unprofessional and not transparent about the fees. Furious at this experience. I am giving 1 star as I am unable to give less.No show for the first two days I took off work and no communication about it. Day three a great technician came out and it was simply to clip the pipe up (2 minute job with a 5 cent clip. Tried to charge me $220 for that experience. I declined the repair and so am only $100 out of pocket for this experience.Puls Technologies, Inc.

Regarding the service charge, please be advised that your appointment you had on 04/24/2024 which you booked online, is a service call appointment only. We collected $89 service call fee since the technician traveled to your location, diagnosed the appliance and provided you with a quote for the repair. Additionally, the repair quote provided by the technician is based on the average rates in and around your state. Our technicians do not base the repair cost on the time they spent working on the appliance, the pricing is determined by which part is needed to be replaced and repair to be done.
