1 starI have attempted to contact your office multiple times without success. On July 21st, a technician came to repair my freezer and informed me it would be functioning properly within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolvedthe freezer still does not get cold.Given the lack of response, I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges and will keep pursuing every angle. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and amicably. I am requesting either:A prompt follow-up to complete the necessary repair, or A full refund for the service that did not fix the problem.
