      Using this service was perfect. **** was very knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He showed me the problem, went through the steps of how to fix it and ordered the parts. Set me up with another service appointment. He returned on time with the part installed installed and within the reasonable time proved to me that it works and said any questions don't hesitate to call. Thank you

      Scheduling, communication, and timely were exceptional. ***** was pleasure to deal with, thorough, reviewed findings and estimates. ***air completed in short time and left area thoroughly cleaned. Tested repair w me and thanked us for our business. Great *** for a good company.

      I set up an appointment with **** because it was a convenient online process. A service *** showed up on time and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator based solely on my description. I agreed to the ***air because I had done some previous research on the issue, and the diagnosis matched my research. He ordered the part and scheduled the next appointment to make the ***air. I received a text confirming the scheduled appointment. He never showed up for the next appointment, but I received a text stating that the work had been completed. I responded to the text, but I did not get a response to my text message. Hence, I contacted the company by phone. The customer service *** responded to my explanation by asking, "Are you sure that the tech is not at your house?" That conversation was unproductive, so I had to insist on talking to a manager. He did some research and determined that the technician really had not shown up and said that the part was not yet available. He said that my appointment had been rescheduled for the next week. When I asked who was supposed to inform me of that situation, he noted that the technician must have made a mistake and entered the wrong information. He really never answered my question. It seemed that he was trying to shift the blame to the technician. I cancelled the "rescheduled" appointment and scheduled with a different local company. That technician thoroughly inspected my refrigerator and found the problem, (which was a different diagnosis than the **** technician gave) and fixed it right away. As a result of this experience, I would certainly advise against using **** for any appliance ***air.

      Thank you for reaching out to us and we do apologized for the inconvenience that this has caused you. 

      We have checked the appointment and it seems that there has been a system error on scheduling the follow-up repair which is why you received a confirmation of the completed service. It has been reported to our back end office to check what happened upon booking the appointment. Regarding the part's arrival, normally it will take around 5 to 7 days to arrive and we are allowing our technician to order it themselves to our reliable store suppliers which they are supposed to be the one to informed you about the part's availability. Additionally,  we saw that a refund for the 15% deposit has been processed back to your account. Moving forward, we will take steps to enhance our service and implement measures to ensure that this issue does not occur again in the future.

      ***** arrived on time appointed. He checked for the refrigerators issues. Then we reviewed work needed to be done. Upon ok, ***** repaired and completed the work.Highly recommend!

      ***! After having a bad experience with one Local repair service, I looked again on line and found ****. Imagine my surprise when he first showed up and diagnosed problem and within first hour he was telling me what exactly was the problem ,how much it was going to be and date when I could expect delievery of part . Well, I never expected that he would inform me 2 days before that date, that he recieved part and was available to install it. I cannot say this Enough. What a Wonderful Way to do Business. **** / ****** . I take my hat off to you. This has got to be the Best of the Best.A BIG THANK YOU! From me to You.
