      Horrible. Just horrible. Came out first time and didnt fix it. Charged me $200+ for a service call. Second time, came out and said it needed a new board that would be $200 and they wouldnt charge me install or anything above the part. Wrong, charged me almost $600 for parts and labor and didnt even fix it! They refuse to answer the phone (call center only) and wont come out to fix it. They didnt even install the dishwasher back under the counter! Left the job undone and sitting out from the counter not installed. Horrible. Just horrible.

      Horrible experience. Technician came to repair the handle on my microwave. He did the repair without giving me a cost estimate and without my approval. When he finished, he gave me an invoice for $376. The service took 15 minutes and he put a washer in to secure the handle to the door. I was charged $190 for the repair packet, which was a routine 10 cent washer. When I complained that the work was done without a quote or my consent, I was told repeatedly that the bill would be reduced to $89 but I would have to let the technician back into my home to repair the equipment (aka washer). There was no way I would let the technician back into my home (mind you he tried to undercut **** by telling me next time to call him directly bc his price is cheaper). I have written and called repeatedly for three days and the only resolution is for the technician to return. I informed them that that it unsafe and that if he damages the microwave or anything else, I have no recourse. This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. No accountability. No transparency. No professionalism or professional standards. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. I wish there was a lower rating than one star

      Nollys was very knowledgeable courteous, and fantastic. He and his partner were very considerate of my home, and they offered to take their shoes off when they came in the door. They mounted my 2 TVs easily and perfectly (and hid the wires behind the wall), and had them working quickly and seamlessly.

      Found them through recommendation sent message at 11 they arrived by 1 and fixed my dryer by 1:30. I need that kind of service in my life. I decided to do the warranty because they were THAT GOOD.

      Using this service was perfect. **** was very knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He showed me the problem, went through the steps of how to fix it and ordered the parts. Set me up with another service appointment. He returned on time with the part installed installed and within the reasonable time proved to me that it works and said any questions don't hesitate to call. Thank you
