      ***! What a horrible experience, they sent a guy out to my home to check out the problem with my refrigerator and he knew nothing about what he was doing. My son told him it was the motor and he still wanted me to replace the door on my refrigerator. My son left and that's when he started trying to get extra money out of me. He said he had to charge my refrigerator after he had already charged it with out me agreeing or saying a word. He then told me I had to cash app him not company the $40 bucks to pay for the charging, mind you I paid **** to have some one come out and do a Diagnostic only. Please do not allow ***************** in your house and **** needs to check what these contractors are doing in peoples home. I feel violated and taken advantage of. I gave one star because it wont allow me to post without giving the one star, but they get zero!

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would like to express our deepest apology for the negative experience and for the delayed response; this is not the experience and impression we wish to leave our customers. 

      After a discussion and follow up we had with your technician, he explained that the $40 he was trying to collect was for the refrigerant and the tool he used during your diagnostic appointment. However, since the appliance was not fixed, only the $89 service call fee was collected for the inspection he did.

      Worst experience ever. ****** seemed to know what he was doing, so, why didn't my dishwasher work? He mentioned a few possibilities, like if it says H20, it is probably with the water as if I am expected to know how to fix it although I saw him work on the angle stops. To top it all, **** asked me to pay him a tip! Up to 25% which I paid $22.00 which I am still expecting to be refunded for. Stay away from ****. ***************************

We ask after each service because not all services require a follow up visit. We started the tipping feature because the majority of our customers were asking how they could tip our technicians. Again, the tipping is completely optional and in no way is meant to be perceived as a negative part of the experience and we are terribly sorry that it made you feel that way. We hope you do understand that we provide this feature only for those that choose to do so, and we do not force our customers in anyway.

      Very professional and knowledgeable, understood the issue and took control. Quoted a piece and completed the work needed, checked the oven to make sure everything worked, glad I got a repairman that was knowledgeable
