      This is a scam company. Their technicians are not vetted nor do they have experience. Its like an Uber eats company. We are licensed people looking for fast money. Add themselves to be available to service calls. They destroyed my dryer beyond repair while changing a sensor. The technician told me the company would charge over $500 to repair the sensor and that it was better to pay him direct which would cost $186. Well, I fell for this scam and paid the technician on his personal charge account. After he left, I turned on the dryer and it was screeching and had a burning smell. I called back. He came back and said nothing was wrong. I called the company they sent another technician, who said the dryer was damaged beyond repair. He claimed he took pictures and he would be my advocate with the company. The company promised to reimburse me for all repairs no charge. They then call me back and said theres no way to prove or ruin the dryer , they are not responsible because I paid the technician direct and not the company. I ended up having to buy a new dryer. I ended up having to cancel my card because the first technician was intimidating and I was of what retribution I would receive after reporting his scam. The company has no idea whos coming into our homes for these repairs. They come in their car. They dont have a toolbox. They dont have a badge. He leaned over me while I wrote his review so I felt forced to give him a good rating. I dont understand with all these complaints why this business is still in business.
