      The technician was prompt , efficient and knowledgeable.However, I believe that tipping is out of hand. Employers need to pay their hard working employees and not put the responsibility on your customers who are paying for a service. I prefer to tip directly with cash to the server and not a credit card and not to the company, which I am sure is tapping in on tip.

      Please be aware that the tipping is optional, just like with any gratuity. We ask after each service because not all services require a follow up visit. We started the tipping feature because the majority of our customers were asking how they could tip our technicians. Again, the tipping is completely optional and in no way is meant to be perceived as a negative part of the experience and we are terribly sorry that it made you feel that way. We hope you do understand that we provide this feature for those that choose to do so.       My technician was very knowledgeable and professional and most importantly, was able to fix my A/C plumbing problem. I have been struggling to fix the issue for the past year (yes, year) and up until now nobody had been able to fix it. Highly recommend!

      THIS BUSINESS IS RUN BY LIARS AND THIEVES!I needed a washer fixed, so I looked for an appliance repairman on ****** and **** popped up. I didn't think too much of the service and diagnostic charges, but then the problems came when the technician didn't fix my appliance. After we had the tech back at our home, he reinspected it and told me which parts to order for it. After I ordered them, I was contacted by the support team and told that my guarantee was no longer valid because the service was going to include customer ordered parts (nevermind the fact that I ordered them from the manufacturer). And now, a month after our original appointment, they contact me again and send me a faulty appointment time and a $15 service charge. I contacted our tech and he had no idea about the appointment with his name on it. This is no way to run a business. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

The scheduled appointment is the time frame that the technician provided in which we offered to you. Additionally, we are not sure about the $15 charge as we did not received any payment under your name with that [payment.
