      Great experience-the technician was able to come earlier than scheduled and he let me know in advance. He assessed the non-working dryer situation and was able to fix the dryer right away.

      I would never recommend this company to anyone. Called for repair for my dishwasher and they Sent a technician out he could not fix it that day was only there to see what the problem was. He had to order part. Was told that I had to pay in 2 installment was 89$ for service charge but was charge 112$ the difference was to use the payment system. They set me up for appointment without asking if the time ok. The part did not come in so the waited beyond the appointment time to let me know that they would not be coming. When they got the part put in the dishwasher started to leak in the same place, the came back out and had to order another part that will be 2 weeks later. They keep making appointments to repair and don't show up. Have ask numerous times for them to ask if the time is ok they have disrespectful keep making appointments and my dishwasher still has not been fixed.

      I contacted **** because I thought they were an authorized ********** service repair organization. It turns out they are a service that charges a fee for arranging independents to make service calls. I scheduled an appointment and they in turn contacted an independent service technician who spoke no English.The tech diagnosed the problem with our built-in microwave which was only 2 1/2 years old. First, he told us it was the invertor and microtron units and quoted us a price of $658.00. We agreed to the price. Then he replaced the microtron but not the invertor, which he said he would have to order. Then he told us the microtron was the only problem and got the unit to work. He still charged us for both parts even though he only replaced one and did not order the other replacement. We assumed he had ordered the invertor and that it would be shipped to us. I followed up with **** and they informed me that the price was accurate and only covered the microtron, which online runs from $75 to a high of $150.00.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      To clarify, the total charge of $658.05 (plus applicable taxes and a security fee) included:
      Labor for standard parts repair: $420
      Replacement part (magnetron): $207

      We understand there may have been some confusion regarding the parts discussed during the service. Upon reviewing the technicians inspection notes, it is indicated that only the magnetron was identified as faulty and in need of replacement.

      We also want to clarify that **** connects customers with independent, vetted technicians to provide in-home service. While we are not an authorized ********** service provider, we strive to deliver high-quality repairs through our network.

      We truly regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is important, and well use it to improve communication and transparency moving forward.

      I. An not talk bad about the company. I can talk about the person who came to my house. I requested a repair for my washer. The guy came on time and checked the machine codes. After erasing the code he informed us that we should buy a different washer. He placed some wood wedges and left. He recommended buying a different washer with out looking at what the the issue was. I feel cheated and robbed. Persons name was Bardia. Would not recommend to any one.
