1 starPlaced two orders. Accounts both deactivated. Can't check on orders and there is literally NO WAY to contact anyone. Get stuck in loop with stupid AI bot. No phone numbers to call. Finally got an agent and was thrown out of chat. This company should be shut down for fraud. Run away very fast.iHerb LLC

Although we use the latest methods and do our best to accurately identify concerns, in this instance, we fell short and incorrectly deactivated your account. As a result, the order was cancelled and the pending transaction was voided.iHerb never processes or receives payment until after orders have shipped to avoid any issues. The funds should appear back in the financial account associated with order payment within 7-10 business days. You account is now active and this should not occur again. 1 starAre you kidding me with this bulls*%# iHerb? I made an account, ordered something, paid for it, and got a confirmation email like everything was fine. Then a day later, I tried to check on my order and BAM! Account deactivated with NO WARNING! They didn't even send a courtesy email to let me know what the h*** was going on.This is the second time they wasted my valuable time with this exact ridiculous scenario.On their site, they say you can contact them through email support, but guess what? That's a freaking joke and lie! You have to log in to use it, and since my account's deactivated, I can't log in! This is the most unprofessional, idiotic system I've ever seen. Here's the kicker: the only way I even found a way to contact them was by digging through complaints on the Better Business Bureau website! Apparently, this is a common tactic for them! Absolutely ridiculous! Who needs customer service when you can just shut down people's accounts and make them jump through hoops to get help? Not to mention, I have no idea if they will refund my money or not. This is outrageous! I shouldn't have to resort to blasting them on the BBB just to get a response about their shady business practices! Get it together, iHerb!iHerb LLC

1 starI am very frustrated. I ordered vitamins on April 3. I was suppose to receive the shipment between April 8 to 11. To date, I have not received the shipment. The track shipment option shows that the shipment left ********** but has not been received by my local post office. Today is April 19. I cannot log into my account so I have no way of contacting the company as the website requires you to log into your account but I used the guest login option to place my order so this requirement doesnt make sense to me. I tried using the temporary code emailed to me or resetting the password but nothing works. I even tried creating a new account to no avail. They do not have a customer support number so good luck getting any form of resolution to your issues if you cant log into your account.Review fromKEVIN J

1 starI successfully created an account on **********************, placed an order, paid for it, and received an order confirmation email. But when I tried to check on on my order a week or so later to see if it had shipped out yet, the site told me that my account had been deactivated. I had received no warning or notice of this, and the last email I got was of the order confirmation.I then found out that once this happens, you are unable to even reach out to them to resolve the issue. The site directs you to go to their Contact page and click "Write a message" under 24/7 email support, but that first sends you to a login page. And because my account had been deactivated, I obviously could not log in, meaning that I couldn't actually USE the email support that they directed me to, meaning that there is no way to actually contact them about the issue on their own website.The only solution that I was able to find was by searching for similar complaints, and finding many people posting similar experiences here and receiving responses from iHerb. This goes without saying, but I should not have to go to the Better Business Bureau website and post a negative review in order to be able to contact a company about an issue with an account deactivation that they didn't even care to notify me about. I'm not even sure if they took my payment or not. Extremely unprofessional and terrible experience.iHerb LLC

1 starI had been a customer for a while, the way they pack the stuff is not safe, basically they pack glass, food items and boxes without any wrapping or cushions.. basically loose stuff inside a box and many times items arrive damaged and with the seal broken, after complaining three times and sending more proof they refused to accept the return and replacement twice . I don't trust iherb anymore **************** is bad to say the least.iHerb LLC

1 starI opened an account with ********************. I made a purchase and I herb immediately closed my account the charges cleared my bank account I cannot get any help from iherb I have made several attempts to talk to a robot which was absolutely no help and talk to a live person and communicated back and forth through an email they promised that they would clear the problem up within 48 hours. It is well past the 48 hours and the company I herb is refusing to offer any assistance at all.iHerb LLC

1 starOn January 26, 2024, I ordered chamomile and mint tea, which cost me $90. Two weeks ago I wanted to make a tea and guess what I found in the tea? an ugly bug with mustaches, very scabby. I contacted customer service on March 7th , I sent them a proof with picture of the bug and they would refund me $11only ,even if the label on the bag clearly shows how much the bag weighs. Seriously ? but I paid $90 . I found the bug in the large tea bag . I bought tea in a large bag and a small bag and they gave me a return for the small bag . How convenient for them ! But about the customer ? Do you think I can drink your tea again?iHerb LLC

5 starsI have been buying supplements from iHerb for over a decade, and have had only one problem with delivery, and that was my fault. (Wrong address) I've also had iHerb products shipped all over the country, and, again, no problems with delivery. The products usually arrive within 2-4 days. My only wish is that iHerb would include more products that have been tested by Consumer Lab.iHerb LLC
