1 starVery poor customer service, in my opinion. This package I ordered from iHerb was never delivered. The tracking number shows that it was sent for delivery at 6:14 am on a Saturday, then around one hour later, at 7:15 am the status was "return to origin". It seems that no real attempt was made. I suspect it is because I am in an apartment building, and in the past, the delivery person has asked that I come down instead of making them take the elevator.The worst part of the experience occurred when I asked iHerb for a reship of the item since I was willing to give the company another chance to deliver it.The request was declined. They asked that I resubmit my shipping information, however I double-checked and the information originally provided to iHerb was correct. I have also used the same shipping information in the past with iHerb. I am now seeking my money back and will submit a credit card chargeback since iHerb is acting in bad faith, in my opinion. I am opening a dispute and hope that the customer service practices at ********************** can be improved.iHerb LLC

Looing into the tracking information, it doesn't appear to us that it was delivered. However, it should have been delivered by now and is several days late.As a result, we have moved forward with providing a refund for this order. Please allow **** business days for the funds to appear back in the account associated with order payment. Please be aware, initiating a chargeback actually will block the refund from occurring. 1 starPlease be careful for I went through the worst experience i ever received in mywholelife, the costumer service treated me so bad, the *** delivered Iherb package damaged and left a notification for the Iherb but the Iherb costumer service didn't care, tried to reason with them on chat room for 4 hours but they continued by saying they don't care to solve it, as simple as calling **** The Iherb is scam, and is so terrible ?? a real nightmareiHerb LLC

1 starI ordered a few products which I loved and got them on auto ship. One product was every other month and another product was every third month. The first auto ship came and I didnt need it so I went to look on my account with them and I could not login. so I went to PayPal and PayPal with the transaction how they were paid. There is a contact us button. One is a chat button which did not work and it stated that it did not work to email them. I emailed them at the email address they told me to and it came back to me and said there is no domain named that. The phone number thats attached to the transaction that I had with them which is *********************, di through and it said we do not deal with any issues through phone number, go through an email or chat. When you go to either one of them they do not work. I went to PayPal and told them I wanted to refund because I cannot cancel the said auto ships. PayPal gave me the money back which I was happy and then all of a sudden I got another email stating an auto ship is going. I took the email where they sent me. I had an auto ship and I thought Ill write them there. I sent them an email back and said please cancel all auto ships under my account because I cannot login anymore. It came back and said there is no such email domain. The company is a scam they get you into an auto ship and then they lock you out of your account and theres no way of contacting them to stop the auto ships. Beware! If the company writes back and tells me that everything is perfect and the BBB does nothing you guys are blind because you have a ton of complaints on this company and something needs to be done because they are a rip off!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!iHerb LLC

1 starI made Order 522...59 in November and have not reeived it. It is imporssible to get any information. There has been zero communication isnce the order confirmation. No phone service for support and no email unless you have an "account" which it isdicates mine is deactivated. The chat is an endless loop trying to get you to login to the deactivated account. This has been a super frutrating and terrible customer experince, It is hard to imagne worse customer support. It would appear that this may be fraud. If they do not respond, I will consider this an outright scam.iHerb LLC

1 starI expected my package to be delivered on time today Friday the 5th of January but it has not arrived yet and now the post office says it will be delivered on Sunday the 7th which is impossible. I'm not paying any fees for your problem.iHerb LLC

1 starI ordered a couple products. They didn't arrive on the dates given.It's frustrating trying to contact the company's customer service. The email they give comes back each time "undeliverable". I called the customer service phone number, but they no longer take customer service calls and complaints. After much searching I found another phone number and called it and iHerb security answered. She told me I'd have to call the customer service number of. I told her the prompts on their message system says they no longer take customer service calls. She said she didn't know anything about that and couldn't help me.Obviously iHerb intentionally makes it, difficult-to-impossible, to reach them. Now I'll probably be out of my money. Not happy. In my estimation, iHerb is not a good company. There must be some legal way to hold iHerb and companies like them responsible and accountable for their uncaring attitude toward the very people, (customers), who keep them in business and earning the profits they have become accustomed with. I doubt this review will have any affect. It seems BBB dissuades people from filing an actual complaint by offering up a review in its place.iHerb LLC

1 starI made a terrible decision to try this company's Organic Protein Powder from ******** The large plastic jar costs nearly $18! It's a 22 mile round trip from my house. When I got it home, I tried to make a protein shake. I could not remove the plastic lid! Tried every trick I knew; even went to a neighbor 's house **** Football Player), he could not budge it either! I decided to send an email to them, since it was after hrs. After 4 days of emails back and forth, me sending 9 photos of the welded-on lid, I got one suggestion - try heat. Took about 15 minutes of hot water/hair dryer - the lid finally came off! After it was removed, it was obvious that the white cardboard circular seal over the jar top was too large and extended past the edge of the jar so far, that the lid screwed right into the plastic lid (you could see the thread **** cut right into the cardboard). I fully explained that to iHerb and asked how their QC **** could miss that? They could NOT have cared any less! NO apology and NO offer of any discount for ALL my time and correspondence telling them WHY their product seal failed! They DON'T care about customers and if you have a problem, you can always ******** miles and bring it back! I will NEVER buy from them again. I want to buy from companies that care about consumers!
