1 starEverything was good until it wasn't. Been shopping with IHerb for a long time. Recently trying to move away from ****** and give IHerb the business. Been doing autoship with them. Went to log into my account last week and it was deemed 'deactivated'. Tried to chat to find out why this happened and chat directs you to contact customer service if your account has been deactivated. You cannot contact customer service unless you can sign into your account. My email and phone number have been deactivated with IHerb. I cannot sign into my account. They have no phone number. Wow-at least at Amazon you can chat with a real person at times and they will actually call you if you request to speak to someone. IHerb is offering ZERO customer service. Very disappointing. As a side note, their website has a lot of problems and it's set up poorly.

5 starsI have (on-line) shopped with iHerb for almost 2 years. I have found them to be reliable, with fast shipping, and a good source of difficult to find products. I have benefited from notification emails from iHerb when the hard to find products that I like to buy are back in stock.This review is from a very satisfied customer! :-)iHerb LLC

2 starsPrices are better than local natural foods store, but that is all, They are out of a lot of products and it always seems to be when you have a really good coupon for that item. In addition, the items rarely show up on the delivery date and time they send to you in an e-mail. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired..Review fromGina G

5 starsI Enjoy Shopping on Iherb The site is easy to navigate. Products arrive as described, Love the available discounts including shipping quantity discount. Liquids that are in glass bottles are ALWAYS well wrapped in bubble wrap and arrive intact. Orders arrive within 2 days of placing the order. I'm very happy with IHerb and would recommend the company to anyone.iHerb LLC

5 starsI find IHerb has competitive pricing, fresh products, and I have never had an issue of receiving an order with something leaking or broken. I have been happy with every order I have received from them. I also appreciate the low minimum purchase amount in order to get free shipping. Sometimes I only need one supplement, and I don't want to have to purchase something I may not need in order to meet the minimum amount in order to maximize savings. 5 starsLoved ordering essential oils from this company. Ordered twice and amazing experience both times. The bottles were carefully taped and wrapped to prevent leaking or breaking, I got free shipping for ordering $30 of oils and they shipped out within 24 hours. 1 starI placed my first order from iHerb and was immediately emailed my order was Processed/Confirmed, Canceled, and my Acct was Compromised (but dont worry) in a series of cascading emails timestamped within same minute.Ive emailed and contacted their virtual assistant repeatedly over several days. There have no records of any these communications since iHerb used a closed intra email system. Im beyond frustrated and a bit terrified at being compromised.I have was invited to and tried to repeatedly to place order over several days, which is nothing but an exercise in futility and a complete waste of time, There are no accountability systems for iHerb having compromised my acct, and breached my Identity and CC *********** livid the company is now holding hostage my account, email address, credit card information identity and location and wont allow me to delete my account. After several hours spent attempting to self service customer service support, today I have no choice but to start the bureaucratic complaint slog with my bank and credit card company regarding potentially fraudulent past and future transactions.IHerb LLC has set up a completely dehumanizing corporate culture; undercover fraudulent business model with no humans found laboring in customer service, no customer service phone number or email address to contact iHerb.iHerb has purposely set up the consumer to be systematically dehumanized loop of Help links in an attempt to exhaust all who dare to complain to give up trying. Imagine being concerned about being emailed about having been exposed to online predators identity credit card theft by iHerbs priority of safe and secure personal privacy and information.Delete my account, ******************!Youve taken the English definitions of Customer, Service, Priority, Safe, Secure and Limited Liability to a whole new level somewhere below 7th circle of h***Review fromJohn U

1 starAbsolutely AWFUL experpience all around. They charge ludicrous prices and confusing layout of products but I didn't realize it at first. Reading how bad their customer service is i decided to not even bother trying to get a refund for the wrong size product they sent me. So now all I want to do is delete my account so this horrible company doesn't have my information on file and they are refusing to do so for "safety" and are having me jump through hoops just to delete this account I will never use again. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague, they're more focused on advertising than being an actual good place to buy products.iHerb LLC
