    On 6 Dec 22 I placed an order with iHerb for a total of $147.69. On 7 Dec I received a text that stated, "Our driver attempted to delivery package ran into a problem - noted as Bad address (86)" I checked my address on ***************************** correct. I immediately emailed iHerb. I received a response "Unfortunately, we were not able to deliver your order due to invalid/missing shipping info. Please contact the shipping carrier below." As a paying customer I should not be chasing down my package. This is iHerbs responsibility for shipping & handling, not the customers. I called & emailed Deliver-it on 8 Dec, I never received a response. I emailed iHerb asking for a refund. I also requested a refund through their website. Their website states "If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery date, you may initiate a refund request yourself or contact one of our agents" My order was to be delivered on 8 Dec. it is now 14 Dec. On 9 Dec I received an email from iHerb, "Unfortunately, we haven't received a response from the carrier. As soon as we have more info we will reach out" I also received a denial for my refund via email on 13 Dec that read "we've reached out to the carrier about your order status. We will contact you w/updates. You can have updates quicker if you contact the carrier directly" This is very bad business. iHerb states you can request a refund on their website if order exceeds delivery date, which mine clearly has. As the customer, ********************** is pushing me do their job in finding my package. They received my money, yet I did not receive my perishable items. I want a refund as requested 4x. This is very frustrating & I feel like I've been scammed. iHerb doesn't honor their refund policy. iHerb should have sent me another order, not making the paying customer wait on hopes of ever receiving their order. I will never use iHerb again. I 100% do not recommend iHerb. I am filing a complaint through BBB.

    Ordered IHerb probiotics and two days later sent for refund. It was denied. Do not buy from this company unless you want to get scammed. I files report to BBB.

    I have absolutely no trust in the iHerb company. My first two shipments were slightly damaged, but not badly enough to take the time to complain. The third shipment was unusable due to the fact it was a nutritional product that was burst open inside the shipping box, after several attempts to contact the company via the
    company website, emails, chat and even a long distance phone call (no toll free number), there was no way to reach anyone and I recieved no response at all to any of my attempts to reach them. The customer service is non existent. I will not be ordering again, and I will warn my friends and family away from this company.

    Ordered some Herbal Enzymes and they never came. I hope we can have a complaint against them.
