1 starI wish I could give 0 stars to this platform.Placed an order, paid for it...My order got cancelled, money refunded and my account terminated - no explanation, nothing.Pathetic, and comments below shows how much they care about their customers.iHerb LLC

1 starI had been ordering from I herb for a few months now . Everything was fine. I went to order the same order again and cannot . I had to open a new account and used my ******** profile . I entered my same info , credit card everything the same that I had been using and it will not process my order . After reading ALL of the other bad reviews sharing the exact same sentiments I see that I am one of many who are beyond frustrated . There is no where to call or no one to talk to . the chat its. a bot that loops around uselessly .I have tried for Horus to place my order and cannot do so . HORRIBLE WEBSITE,. I went into my gmails to try to find old gmails from my many prior orders and there are NONE. Very odd , unethical , unpredictable , unprofessional , zero customer service . ********************** is AWFUL and should be shut down . they can keep their 3 dollar discount .iHerb LLC

1 stariherb shouldn't do any online business, most of the time the tracking numbers don't exist and will take forever to ship. They will also charge to your account without your authorization.iHerb LLC

1 starThis is the absolute WORST most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I found them in **** as giving military discounts. So I assumed they were legit and I was excited to start getting my supplements from a company that honored those who serve. I signed up and made my first order (which totaled $220 with the discount) and got a confirmation and shipping notice. The day it was to be delivered, my husband and I were both here and even working on our front porch painting the shutters. Yet, when I checked the tracking at the end of the day to find out where the package was, I saw "attempted delivery, Unsuccessful." I then checked our security cameras to confirm there was no attempt (so their carrier Tforce lies!) and then called the carrier who said, too late we already sent it back. So then I tried to contact iHerb to find out how soon I could get another shipment and discover this is no way to speak to a human being. I understand not having agents take orders but if there is a problem with an order, they need to make a person available. I had 3 tries with the message system and 2 tries with the chat feature. I thought I had finally succeeded in getting it worked out but then got an e-mail that said the refund was cancelled (as I didn't want a refund, I wanted a reshipment) but a new order made that was charging me again. I tried desperately to reach someone and even found their corporate number for the HR **** and left a message that was never returned. It was an unbelievable sequence of frustrating and confusing mistakes made as a result of a lying carrier and a company too cheap to provide even the slightest customer support. To top it off, when I went to log in to check to see if they might have shipped a 2nd order, which they never actually shipped, I found they had deactivated my account. Unbelievable. Thankfully, credit card companies reverse charges. This company should be shut down.iHerb LLC

However, we can see that you were able to contact Customer Support but a chargeback was made for this order. Unfortunately, this chargeback actually blocks any attempt to refund or compensate you in any manner. In order for us to do so, the chargeback and any claim made with the payment provider must be closed out. Only then can any compensation be processed.This issue has also been escalated to our Global Logistics team for review and awareness purposes. Their products are top of the line, the prices are hard to beat and shipping is prompt and often free with a minimum purchase. I really like doing business with them. 1 starNot impressed, order promised delivery 5 days ago and they haven't even shipped yet. Account was deactivated by them and after about 45 minutes of digging I found a link to contact them. Someone in ***** finally answered but was unable to help. I was under the impression they were in **********. Contrary to what they claim I was charged when the order was placed, at this point I think that I'll probably neither see the product or get a refund. If given the choice I'll take my money back and not deal with them again.iHerb LLC

1 stariHerb, I have no idea what is going on. I ordered for the first time and my order was marked as delivered at my front door yet never received by myself. I had to waste my time reaching out to all neighbors in my block and embarrassed myself. I have never heard of the carrier chosen, which is ******* as well. Usually *** and ***** will provide pictures on where the package got delivered at. Now the worst part is, no iHerb customer care is available for a live chat or call, and I am seriously feeling that I have been left hanging like this without any help. I would rather get a refund from iHerb at this point, back to my original payment method.iHerb LLC
