1 starI purchased an item through their site, and was sent a completely different item made by the same company. Attempting to return the product, my initial request was denied due to insufficient photos. On second attempt after providing the photos they requested, I was again denied by iHerb claiming the item was in different packaging- this is not the case. **************** is nonexistent. Huge scam.

1 starIherb short shipped me for an order through ******* online. Iherb claimed the product description was incorrect (their marketing error). Rather than refund me, they wanted to futher inconvenience me by making me return the 1 item I received. I phoned ******* and received a refund. I will never use this company. Just look at their poor reviews.iHerb LLC

5 starsI have become a big iHerb fan over the last 2 years. Great prices, easy to navigate/transparent website, large selection, free-prompt shipping, and really good sales. I always check expiration dates... herb is very good on this. Communication with the company is easy and uncomplicated. I have yet to be disappointed, and I consider myself a very discriminating shopper.iHerb LLC

1 starI placed an order and payment was immediately taken out of my account. I thankfully took a snapshot of my confirmation for the order which said that expected delivery will be on the 20th. That's fine, but I recieved no confirmation email with any information much less a tracking number. I found out there isn't a customer service number, and when I tried to go on live chat I got stuck in a loop that kept asking me for my email and password. Why don't they want to let you know anything about your order? Can I even expect to get it? I don't trust them to refund my money so I guess I'll just wait and see if I get the product or not, but for how long before i order it from another company? It's hard to trust a company that won't allow you to contact them after they take your money. I'm done with iherb.iHerb LLC

5 starsIherb is a wonderful company. There are some products I buy from Iherb which I will need to take for the rest of my life. I live in a small town so these same products are not available for me to purchase locally.The Iherb website is easy to use. There has never been any problems with shipping the products to me. 1 starThis company fails to deliver product, then also fails to give refund. First time no problem, now second time, problem. Why? Both cases no one home to receive. Why, no one can tell you.
