    This company continues to send product that I havent ordered They charge my discover card and I have no way to stop them I have tried the phone number I finally found No response The web site customer support goes nowhere I stopped payment this time but they will continue to harrass me and try to send me more product Iherb gives me no way to make a cancellation

    I use this company without bad surprise when I was living in **. Now I am living in ****** and just last week I passed an order with them and they vandalized my bank account! I might have hire a lawyer .They have changed and now they are officially lined up with the thieves. Think twice before using this company, this is a warning.

    Iherb scammed me $40 I ordered something that the carrier lost and they said I had to contact the carrier, so I did and was told by the carrier they couldn't find my package. In turn I requested a refund from iherb and was denied 3 times. Shady business beware.

    This is about a problem i had with iherb, and a product i ordered from them thu Amazon.It should be "No Stars"!I ordered 4 boxes of ******'s "Super Fruit organic freezie pops" 30 per box, for $8.33 a box, but when they arrived it was the reg 10 count bag.Which I can but just down the road from *********** for $4.99 a bag! They refuse to answer my emails. Maybe I should have realized, the old proverb, "If it seems to good to be true, it usually is!!" But, my diet is so strict and I can't have any kinds of sugar, but can have 100% juices and fruits, if I'm careful. And I never would have expected this from Amazon... I dealt with iHerb before and had a problem with them and they tried to put the blame on the manufactor, and I told them as a business owner, and I sell a bad product, of someone else, I'M STILL RESPONSIBLE, to the customer and can take it up with the manufactor on my own after I've settled up with the customer... I bought it from THEM, not the Manfactor!! Oh and I brought my complaint to Amazon and they made good on it and I told them I wanted iHerb taken off the Amazon site, as there was no notice, in the ad that I was dealing with iHerb and not Amazon. SO... save your money and the heartache, if you see their name "iHerb" run the other way... 2 times I dealt with them and both times it was a disaster, & the second one was a straight out RIP-OFF!!!.. I ordered 120 pops and only recieved 40, and no response from iHerb at all!!! PLEASE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

    I am really disappointed with i-Herb. I ordered Vitamin Code Liquid (1 Bottle) on July 18/24 and received it July 26. They shipped it to ****** no problem but I wanted to order another 2 bottles and had major problems ordering. Every time I went to check out they sent me to a customer representative and there is no toll-free number or any number you can contact them. They have a virtual assistance that is useless and want you to send them an email. I have emailed them a couple of times and they can't answer why I can't get the order through. It is not a good practice of any company when they don't have a phone number to resolve an issue. I see the customer rating is at a 2 out of 5 and I can see why. They want you to order from them but the customer service is terrible.I'm still waiting for them to email me back.

    Terrible ***************** They say they have delivered the product, but probably to a wrong address(!) but I never received it. Now after one month, they are denying my refund request, asking me to go door by door and ask all the neighbours! Or follow up with the carrier myself without even providing their contact information! Absolute ripoff!
