The negotiations are superior as well.I know I made the right decision.Strangely enough, I was connected with the company by a call to another family member.Since I was going through a reversal in income and knew I couldn't pay at the level I was any longer, I asked if they could help me. Truly a God Send!The caller mentioned negotiating settlements to allow me to get out of debt. I didn't know programs like this exist. Given that my income was changing, my credit would be going down anyway because I wouldn't be able to afford my expenses any longer. I'd have to choose survival over creditors naturally and in turn, my rating would drop drastically rather quickly. (I went from 7 to 6 struggling to make ends meet before the reversal. But, I went from 6 to 5 within two months or so of getting behind. So, credit going down was a given!) The difference would be I wouldn't have a group of attorneys able to help me if taken to court for garnishment. No one would be negotiating settlements for my debts. They would merely continue at the highest allowable interest rates. Case and Point: My last settlement sent a threatening letter that they'd increase my APR from 27%+ to *****% if I didn't pay an exorbitant amount within a few days! The negotiations department settled the debt before that deadline. WHAT A RELIEF!I still have a ways to go. However, I literally couldn't have done this alone and am very appreciative I answered and ********** of the greatest things that helped me decide to join was the BBB rating of A+ and the overall positive feedback I found online while taking the initial call. I registered that day and haven't looked back. ONE DAY I WiLL BE OUT OF DEBT; thanks to Guardian Litigation Group and their whole team of supportive and interactive and attentive staff.Thank You!Guardian Litigation Group
