1 starToo many issues to list, incompetence at its core, I'm 56, literally the single worst entity I've ever dealt with. After 2 of the 4 years in the program I decided to refinance my mortgage to pay off the final 2 years. Credit rating has never improved and I still owe them money. As I write this, I am on the line with them for 24 minutes, still waiting to talk with someone. ******!

1 starI contacted Guardian Litigation Dec 2024 in regards to my debt, after a phone call from a company representative going over all creditors that I am in debt to I was told of the program that after 6 consecutive monthly payments that Guardian litigation would assist me in getting a consolidation loan to satisfy all of my debts in one low monthly payment. In August 2025 I was informed in a phone call that I do not qualify for a consolidation at this time. I have made all of my payments as directed and I always have to make numerous calls to Guardian before any calls are returned. When I do speak with any representative from Guardian the language barrier was horrendous. I expected a more professional atmosphere when dealing with such serious debts. Now Oct 2025 I am being sued by one of the creditors that Guardian was to contact. I receive daily phone calls from creditors that I was told by Guardian would end, which have not. If I do not hear from a senior management employee or a lawyer that works with Guardian Litigation soon I will be waging a complaint with the **********************. I feel as though I was seriously mislead by the initial representative in Dec 2024, and all contact with Guardian has been unprofessional and when I did speak with a supervisor that they were very condescending with my concerns. My credit has been severely damaged to where my only option is filing for bankruptcy. In my closing remarks I have no issue with immigrants, but when you hire them to handle phone calls with clients of a serious matter in my opinion, those employees should speak clear, understandable English.

Mr. ****** retained Guardian in December 2024 to provide legal services related to his unsecured debts. Since that time, our firm has successfully negotiated settlements resolving approximately one-quarter of the total debt he engaged us to assist withplacing him ahead of schedule based on the stage of his agreement. In addition, Guardian attorneys are actively providing legal defense in the pending matter he referenced. Regarding the loan, Guardian is a law firm and does not provide or guarantee consolidation loans. Any potential debt-acceleration loan is offered solely through independent third-party lenders after six months of consistent, on-time program deposits. Mr. ****** acknowledged his understanding of this during his recorded quality control call and again during his welcome calls. We have reviewed the calls associated with Mr. ******* account and can confirm that our representatives maintained professional conduct at all times and that no inappropriate or condescending comments were made. Guardian values diversity, professionalism, and respect; all team members are trained to communicate clearly and courteously with every client. We recognize the stress that debt and litigation can cause, and our team remains committed to supporting Mr. ******* protecting his interests in court, and helping him achieve meaningful debt relief. 1 starI have been working with this company for over eight months, and possibly longer. During this time, I have contacted them more than 40 times; yet, only one account has been settled through their services, which I paid in full. Despite this, they are charging me $2,350 in performance fees for settling just one account while I was forced to independently handle and resolve the rest of my debt.The process has been consistently frustrating. At one point, I had to repeat the same recording seven times just for them to process a withdrawal, and even then, the transaction was mishandled. As a result, I am now required to mail a check because they could not execute it correctly.This experience has been extremely disappointing. I was promised professionalism, effective support, and positive results, but instead, it has been stressful, inefficient, and far from what was advertised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others.
