    Three of seven accounts settled with one payoff in the first year! Never asking for more than the initial committed amount. No hidden fees. Cant ask for more clarity than that up front. Always able to reach a customer service advisor when *** called. Very satisfied with Guardian Litigation this far!

    **Review: Frustrating Experience with Poor Communication and Inconsistent Service**Everything was fine until I received a court summons related to my account. This was actually the *second* summonsthe first one I missed while on vacation and couldnt respond in time. So when I received the second one, I acted immediately and tried to send it over.The file was too large to attach, so I sent it via a secure link. I got an auto-***ly saying they *dont open links*, so I re-sent the file as a PDF attachment. I never got a ***ly. I sent it again as a new email and got the same auto-***ly, saying it could take up to 3 business days to review.I sent my first email on Thursday. By the next **Wednesday**, I hadnt heard anything, so I called. The *** said someone would check and call me backnobody did. I called again and was told they *never received the email*. I sent it a third time and was told Id get a call back in about an hour. That didnt happen either.The next day, I was told it would take 24 hours. When I followed up later, I was told *72 hours*. I kept explaining the situation again and again to different people, and no one had answers. By **Monday(12th day from my first email**, I called once more and was told to forward it to someones work email directly. They confirmed they received it and said theyd get back to me by the end of the week.Three days later, I finally got a callonly to hear, for the **fifth time**, that they only received a link. Thats when I lost my patience.This company may work fine under normal conditions, but if a serious issue ariseslike legal actiontheir support process completely falls apart. I was passed around, told different things every time, and left without resolution for over a week.If you need help during a legal or urgent matter, **dont count on them to follow through**.

    I was getting quotes from several consolidation companies. I found a company Id rather work with, I immediately called Guardian back and told ***** I want to cancel now, he repeatedly told me to call the other place and cancel, I said no I want to cancel with you. 2 weeks later they withdrew $760 from my checking account. I received absolutely no warning, no email, no letters, no nothing. If thats not bad enough they sent power of attorney to my Discover card. They revoked my account! This is the only card Im able to use with the other company. Now Discover is saying they will not reopen my account! I was able to get my $760 back by filing a dispute with my bank. However, because of this Im unable to pay my mortgage this month. My Discover card had a $20k limit, it was my best card, thats why I left it out of this consolidation with the other company. I believe what Guardian did was fraud. Again I received absolutely no contract paperwork from Guardian, or any email reminders of a pending withdrawal. Steer clear of Guardian Litigation

We attempted to contact you multiple times and were never informed that you wished to cancel. Had you responded, we would have disengaged immediately. No individual named ***** is employed by our firm. We did not charge you anything, and no deposit was received.     So far, so good. The only 50/50 questions seems to be if any of the credit card trade lines will remain open during the negotiations which I was told some will for sure cuz they were on the a list with the Creditor. ****** talk to text.

    Worst company that I have ever dealt with. They messed up dealing with a creditor and I am now under garnishment. They have also taken out a payment when it wasnt supposed to have been and it overdrew my account. They just now took out another payment on the wrong day and overdrawn it again only to find out that the person I had talked to last didnt set up the agreement like they were supposed to. I asked for the two overdraft fees to be paid cuz it wasnt In my error and they said they wouldnt be able to do it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!
