1 starI have been with them come to years and the fine print they don't tell you. They settled one of the seven accounts when constantly explain the system money you have they were always request more. I spoke to one of the open settlements and I can actually pay it off. My personal opinion I do not recommend these quote gold diggers. They are out to make as much money as possible, ruin your credit, and they drag it through the mud and half the time you don't have the same agent you're shoved around to somebody else. Now I run a business and no offense honesty is the best po**cy versus these are lying low down gold diggers. It's always about the money cal**ng me we need more money we have legal fees versus the amount for so many years they still expect you to pay but they're wanting more money than what you originally signed up for. Take my advice walk away do not **sten to the sugar coated ** es they sing.Guardian Litigation Group

Hi *****, Were sorry to hear that youre feeling this way and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few important facts. Your largest and most legally risky account has already been successfully settled at a deep discount. That settlement eliminated a high probability of litigation and represents meaningful progress toward financial resolution. The funds you've contributed have been used to protect you from that risk and deliver a real resultnot to collect fees. We do not charge more than what is outlined in your signed engagement agreement. Our fee is fixed, not open-ended, and fully disclosed from the outset. In fact, we have not even collected half of the fee weve earned for the work already completed. Weve intentionally deferred our compensation to allow your available funds to be prioritized toward settlements, not legal fees. When our team has discussed contributing additional funds, its been to accelerate your path out of debtnot to increase your costs. That decision is always yours to make. If you are not in a position to increase your monthly contributions, its okay to strategically wait. Settlement timelines can be adjusted based on your capacity, and well continue working within your means. We regret if communication has ever felt unclear or frustrating, and we welcome the opportunity to walk through your file and next steps in more detail. Our goal is, and always has been, to reduce your legal and financial stressnot add to it.Sincerely,Guardian Litigation GroupReview fromMary G

1 starOn April, 28th I reached out to the ***resentative that signed me up to let him know I could not move forward and would need to postpone due to having to take time off for family reasons and unexpected expenses I had to take on. I explained I wouldn't be able to start until after the summer, once things got settled. The *** never put in to postpone the deposits and they continued to try to take money out of my account even after sending me a message that said if I didn't reach out they would have to cancel due to non-payment. On May, 16th they withdrew $204.59 from my bank account. I call and they told me they would issue a refund. I was only refunded $162 and was told the rest went to fees. Fees I never should have paid because well before the payment was made I told them I didn't want to move forward. I was then told that I was supposed to call them if I wanted to cancel. THEIR *** never told me this when I spoke to him, from the beginning he told me if I had any issues or needed anything to reach out to him. That is exactly what I did. I spoke to 3 case managers and had to say 3 separate times I want the account canceled before they finally canceled the account. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them, the notes were never added for them to postpone or cancel my account. I am now paying for the negligence of their employees.Guardian Litigation Group

Dear Ms. ************* you for your feedback. Were sorry to hear that your experience didnt meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify several key facts. You engaged our firm in April 2024 and provided verbal and written authorization to proceed, including confirmed deposit dates. Following that, our team made multiple documented attempts to contact you by phone and text throughout April and May to discuss your account and options. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you until June 11, well after your initial deposit schedule had begun. We did not assess any fees to the single deposit that was processed to your set-aside savings account and our firm did not retain any portion of those funds. The amount not refunded to you was not collected by Guardian Litigation Group, but rather by Forth Pay, the third-party payment processor that manages your dedicated client savings account. If youd like to dispute those processing-related charges, we encourage you to contact Forth Pay directly.Your file has since been canceled in full, and no further deposits are scheduled. We regret any frustration caused by communication issues or misunderstanding. Our team remains committed to transparency, responsiveness, and client choiceand we would have gladly honored your request had it reached us. We wish you the best of luck in getting debt free.Sincerely,Guardian Litigation GroupReview fromTracy C

2 starsI am having a similar situation as ******* L below except I am one year in and only one of my accounts has been settled. The amount is not that different then what I already owed and if you add up all the fees Guardian is charging me I am not saving anything. I had an original payment of $516 a month and after about 7 months of that they told me in order for my other creditor to settle I would need to pay $826 a month, which I have been doing since Feb of this year. Well guess what, that account still is not settled 4 months later and I called the creditor today and they told me no settlement has been made and they send offers weekly with no response. What did I even hire these guys for? I am literally paying a payment I am struggling to pay and they are not even settling when they have offers. They claim I have an end date in site but how can this be true when they haven't settled and they keep taking my money and charging me fees for work they are obviously not doing. They also added one old debt to my account which isn't even a debt I owe since I paid it off and I have told them this multiple times and they still haven't removed it. I wish they would get on the ball because now I am thinking about having their attorney's file a motion to withdraw but I feel stuck because I am afraid of how much money I will lose from Guardian if I do so. Not to mention they did settle with one card so I don't even know how that works. My advice to anyone reading this is to skip using Guardian and try to settle with your creditors yourself. I wish I had because I probably wouldn't still be getting bad credit ratings to this day had I settled months ago like I should have.Guardian Litigation Group

Were sorry youre feeling frustrated and appreciate the chance to clarify. At present, you are being sued by your largest creditor. Based on that, your attorney has advised that all available funds be focused on resolving those matters first. This is a strategic decision to protect you from legal risknot an oversight. The smaller account you mentioned is not being ignored; were simply prioritizing urgent litigation matters before settling non-litigated debts. Your deposits go into a third-party account you control, and Guardian only earns fees after results are delivered. One account has already been successfully settled, and the flexible payment schedule on that settlement allows for funds to build for other debts. If you believe a debt was added in error, please contact us and well gladly review it. One of our experienced supervisors will be reaching out today to walk you through your file and explain the next steps in detail. We remain committed to resolving your debts and protecting your interests. Guardian Litigation GroupReview fromCraig T

1 starI regret the day I got ever signed up with organization. I was making deposits bi-weekly into a savings account during the negotiation process which took about 3 months. The account accumulated to over $1500. when my debt with discover was settled from $16000 to $11000. The $1500 was paid to guardian I was foolish in assume discover would have received it. I knew guardian would charge me something but they get paid FIRST. Here I am 6 months later with a charge off and ruined credit Guardian will charge me over $4000 as a fee. If, I leave the program, I will still owe $2800 (besides the $1500 I already paid. basically, I just paid someone to ruin my credit Sometimes we make stupid mistakes when we are in desperate situations and this was one of them. Honestly, I don't think it was really CLEARLY explained at the beginning when I signed up. Now, I am worse off today than I was in December 2024. I can't really be too upset with anyone but myself. In the documentation they sent it does talk about how this all will work. I just didn't read it carefully. Dear Guardian Litigation...Just because something is legal does not necessarily mean it is the right/moral thing to do. People are being taken advantage of. I really don't think this program is in the best interest of helping clients. Yes, they got the debit settled but look what it cost me. Was it worth it? H*** NO!! I believe we as consumers have the power to negotiate with our creditors. We just have to learn and empower ourselves with knowledge on how to. I had considered entering a couple other debts into this dumpster trash program but I decided to call the creditors myself and was able to work out acceptable arrangements to get back on track. Most of them are helpful. Why the heck do you need these Shady Shysters when you can do some things for your self. Without paying out fees and ruining your credit even more? Don't get hoodwinked people. Do your own research and self-advocacy.Guardian Litigation Group

Hi *****, Were sorry to hear youre dissatisfied and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few important facts. Your Discover account was reduced from $16,000 to $11,000saving you $5,000. Although we earned a performance fee for that result, it was spread out to support future settlements, and when you chose to disengage from our firms representation, we waived the remaining balance. Youre now keeping the benefit of that settlement without paying the full fee. Your deposits were made to a third-party savings account, not to ********************. Fees are only assessed after results are delivered, as disclosed in your signed agreement, welcome materials, and welcome calls. We respect that some clients choose to negotiate directlybut its important to understand the difference. Our firm negotiates with creditors every day and often settles multiple client accounts at once, which creates bundled leverage and settlement opportunities individuals simply dont have. Creditors may not engage with consumers at the same level, and our involvement often stops lawsuits, secures lower balances, and results in written, enforceable settlement terms. We stand by the outcomes we achieved on your behalf and wish you success in your continued efforts.Guardian Litigation Group
