5 starsI appreciate the monthly calls/updates. Makes me feel like things are getting handled which they are. Its proof that they are on the job. Few months in and two debts have been handled. Its definitely a process, you jist have to be patient

5 starsI do recommend Guardian Litigation Group to anyone who wants to get out of debt quicker in about 5 years without going bankrupt and having back credit for 10 years or longer. I have 10 credit cards open at one time. Due to my divorce, I could not keep up with paying extra on the cards to pay them off. I have never been late on any of them, but after I got divorced I could not afford to pay extra on the cards to pay them off. I called each credit card company and some would work with you on the payments but they would not stop the interest from being charged. So I contacted Guardian Litigation Group. I did have 3 credit cards with zero balance on them so I did not talk about them. My credit score before this was 726 and now it is 321. The credit cards with zero balance sent me a letter stating that they where closing my account. I later found out that alot of different credit cards are owned by the same bank. Example, synchrony bank owns, Lowe's, belks, paypal, citi, capital one and many others. It is listed on the back of each the credit cards. So, when I got behind on one card, synchrony closed out the other ones too, even with a zero balance. Guardian Litigation Group has helped me and has contacted my credit cards to settle them faster. The credit cards have to be behind at least 4 to 6 months before the bank will negotiate a settlement. This is ridiculous, so since you have not paid your card in 4 to 6 months your credit score will drop dramatically and your zero balance cards will be canceled. Guardian Litigation Group does take the fees out monthly for their monthly payment, but it is cheaper than paying the credit card companys. So, bottom line is that like the way Guardian Litigation Group works and calls me monthly to check up on my progress and make sure that the credit card company are not bothering me.Guardian Litigation Group

It was the Best decision I have ever made!! They do exactly what they promised, keep in touch with you on a regular basis,always answer your calls & will explain everything in a manner you can understand.. I would definitely use this Company!! 1 starVery upset. My CC that were not even part of the litigation were cancelled. I had a 750 credit score going in to this transaction now is 530 ! These things were not explained that my good Credit cards would be cancelled even with a ZERO balance ! One id had for 5 years and always paid it off end of the month now its GONE along with my great credit rating. Needless to say Im not happy with my working with this company. 5 starsLove, love, love them. They have been with me from the beginning. I was stressed out about my credit card debt and they got everything together and anytime I have always had had a question. They have always been there to answer my question. I cant say anything bad about them. They do their job and they go beyond that. I was so close to going to court a couple of times and just before that time came, they resolved ***** Im happy with their service. One more thing, I want to add is you do have to do your part too.
