As Founder of REMOVED, I entered into a contract with Naked Development in June 2024 to build a mobile app. At that time I paid them $59,000 upfront to build the app. In the subsequent 5 months, it became clear to me that Naked Development lacked the skills to be able to execute on that contract. I requested a mutual dissolution of the contract and a partial refund which the CEO, REMOVEDagreed to via phone and email in December 2024. By the end of December 2025 and continuing through January 2025, REMOVEDstopped responding to my emails. I had to hire an attorney to send a certified letter to Naked Development about the breach of contract. My attorney was able to speak with an attorney for Naked Development who informed us that due to Naked Development's current financial situation, it would be best if we followed up in three months (which would have been April 2025). I followed up in June 2025 and continued to follow up through November 2025 with Naked Development's attorney. I never heard back. At this time, Naked Development has not delivered a single deliverable from the June 2024 contract. For that reason, they owe me a full refund of $59,000 plus interest over a 17 month period and attorney's fee accrued in pursuit of a resolution in this matter. At this time, the total amount I am owed by Naked Development is about $65,000.Initial Complaint

In 2022, I hired Naked Development, REMOVEDto perform a code takeover on my already designed and partially built mobile app, Pushyy. Their role was to take over the codebase, complete remaining features, assist with technical integration, and provide marketing support. I did not hire them for design work.I paid $200,000 over the course of the engagement. Despite that, Naked Development repeatedly failed to meet deadlines, deliver working features, or provide results at a professional standard. In late 2022, we entered a 30-day milestone contract to complete final technical features. They failed to deliver any functional work and missed every milestone.Following this, they admitted in writingincluding through their attorneythat they were not capable of completing the project and that they do not have any in-house developers, directly contradicting what they claimed on their website, sales materials, and onboarding calls. They also hired outside developers without my approval, which violated the contract, especially considering the sensitive nature of the app. After admitting fault, they proposed a $60,000 settlement, which I agreed to in good faith despite having paid far more. On December 26, 2024, they wired $10,000, then ceased all further payments. The remaining $50,000 remains unpaid despite repeated follow-ups.Their conduct constitutes Breach of Contract, Fraudulent Misrepresentation, Unjust Enrichment, and Failure to Honor a Settlement Agreement.Initial engagement: Mid-2022 Final 30-day contract: Late 2022 Settlement agreement: Early 2023 Partial payment: $10,000 on 12/26/2024 $50,000 remains unpaidBusiness Response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. While we cannot publicly discuss the specifics of this engagement due to confidentiality and legal considerations, we want to acknowledge the concerns raised and address them responsibly.
During the period referenced, our company underwent significant internal restructuring, including a strategic shift away from certain service lines that impacted a small number of client engagements. In these cases, we proactively offered transition plans, including settlement discussions, to bring closure in good faith.
We recognize that this situation did not meet the expectations of all parties involved, and we regret any frustration this has caused. Our leadership team remains committed to resolving outstanding matters directly and professionally. We have reached out privately to address this matter further and encourage continued dialogue through the appropriate channels.
Thank you for your understanding as we work toward a resolution.
