1 star**************** was atrocious. I was mailed the wrong item. When I contacted the company, customer service informed me that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I provided picture proof that the company had erred in what it mailed me as requested by the company. I asked that the company pay the cost of returning the item. At that point, the company ghosted me and never responded.

3 starsPrice was good for the product I needed, which is why I ordered from them. Received no order confirmation, or shipping/tracking info. I finally contacted THEM after a week to see where my order was - it hadn't even shipped yet. It went out after that, and then I got bombarded with updates, and now they're asking me for reviews. No apology for a week of silence. Too little too late, guys. I would only order again if I had no other choice.Herbspro.com
