1 starTerrible service. Nine days after I placed my order I received an email stating that as a first time customer, I needed to send them copies of my credit card statement or utility bill to prove I lived at the address I provided and that I'm the owner of the credit card. If I didn't send it in 1-2 days, may order would be cancelled. My credit card company had already approved the purchase because my name, address, 3-digit code, etc. all matched their system. I emailed the requested info and after 4 days, never received a response or shipping confirmation, so I called them multiple times before someone answered. The person I spoke with said they didn't ship my order because they never received the documentation they requested. I told him that I already emailed it days prior, and he suddenly found it. My order shipped 3 days later.I've never had to jump through so many hoops just to order something online and won't order from them again. There's plenty of other online retailers that sell the same products and treat their customers much. better.

1 starTen days waiting on update on my order. Telephones multiple times and emailed requesting tracking since I live in a secured complex where they cannot enter without me physically present. I dont recommend ordering from these people if youre in need of any assistance from them or if you are in a hurry for your order.Herbspro.com
