2 starsI placed order number HP328310 on 1/5/2023, and it is now 1/8/2023 and the order hasnt even shipped yet. This sends up a big red flag. I made another online purchase on the same day and that company delivered my items the next day! In addition, no one will respond to my email. This is poor customer service. I would like to either have my order shipped or get a refund.
