I have been with Survey Junkey since 2023. When I have redeemed in the past, I had the points/money go to my PayPal account. Proof uploaded. This time, I wanted to send it to my bank account. I provided my correct information and they came back and said it wasn't correct. I verified it was correct and they said it was not correct. How dare they! I know my account info. The only thing I could think of is that sometimes businesses require the "3" at the end of my account number and suggested that this might be the problem. Well, now I had to go through the verification process. I had sent them a selfie photo of myself and a copy of my passport. This apparently, was incorrect as well and was told to resend the items. I asked them how they want me to send them and they sent me a link. I used the link and it was still incorrect. I sent them the selfie I sent them the day before and now I am accused of being a scammer. They never answered my question regarding how I was to send them if they can't be scanned or uploaded. How am I suposed to do this? Now, They have permanently stopped me from doing any more surveys and shut my account down. I don't know who they are using as a third party verification company because I have proof of transactions with Survey Junkey in my PayPal account even though they say I am committing fraud and that its not me. All I want is my $34.81 that they are not allowing me to redeem. I can't believe this. Please help! It is me! I have now went into my PayPal account twice and requested my payment from them and they are still saying I am committing fraud. c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. I've been a member since 2013. They verify IDs before you can cash in rewards. Mine was expired so I went to get a new one at the **** And then I got this email: "We regret to inform you that your Survey Junkie account has been suspended due to three unsuccessful attempts to pass Photo ID Verification, which is a critical step in ensuring the integrity and security of our platform.Upon review, it was found that the selfie and/or document you provided did not meet our verification standards. The failure to pass this verification process is considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon joining Survey Junkie. You can find our Terms via the following link: ********************************************. As such, your account will remain permanently suspended. Please do not recreate accounts on our website since new ones will also be suspended."The ID was from the State of ********. I do not know what they are trying to say, other than keep me from cashing in my rewards. I am 80 years old and my daughter helped me to take a selfie. I spend many countless hours to get these little points so if you're going to suspend me, let me get the rewards I earned, and then we can leave each other alone. I can find other survey sites to join. In fact, I had a similar issue with ID on another ********************** site, and uploaded the same ID and did the same facial recognition at the same time I did for Survey Junkie, and the other site didn't have a problem at all. I completed ***** points in surveys. I have requested my points be redeemed to my bank per transfer I requested this be done over 3 weeks ago but still have not been paid the $104.60. I have documentation confirming my points earned that I have not been paid for. I have tried cashing in on survey junkie's website 5 times. They keep giving me an error message that I must contact survey junkie. I was emailed two different times asking for my Paypal ID. I do Not have a Paypal account and requested to be paid to my bank, which is one of the options on their website.Business Response

I have been taking surveys on Survey Junkie for several years without any problems. I tried to cash out my rewards points and was sent an email that I needed to verify my identity. I emailed Survey Junkie my driver's license (front and back), and a selfie as requested. Then I tried to add the Survey Junkie app on my phone so I could take surveys on it instead of my laptop. A few minutes later I received an email informing me that my account had been permanently suspended due to fraudulent activities. I sent another email and asked what was going on. I received another email from Survey Junkie that my account was still permanently suspended without any further explanation. I have never tried to defraud this company. I feel like this may have been a scam on their part because I have never done anything fraudulent, and they suspended my account shortly after getting my personal information. I am rejecting this response because: The driver's license that I sent to ********************** is my actual license. It is not a fake. If I was defrauding the company, I would have made much more money from the site than I actually did. I could not get the selfie to send so I sent a picture of my passport picture, thinking I was sending the two most official proofs of identification that I could send. Then my account was suspended permanently with no explanation or how I could rectify it. My emails were ignored by Survey Junkie asking for an explanation. I would like my account reinstated **************************** and my cash winnings rewarded. I would also like an apology.

This site is exploitative. It allows survey providers to kick users out regularly at the end of surveys, sometimes after 10/20/25 minutes, and provides a measly $0.03 in compensation for your time. For example, I just spent approximately 15 minutes completing a survey that was advertised to be 20 minutes long, paying $3 for completion. As I neared the end of the survey, there was an "error" and the "page was lost" with absolutely no fix suggested--not even the measly $0.03 consultation prize. Today alone, I must have wasted an hour completing the first third or two-thirds of lengthy surveys on this site, just to be kicked out--probably accruing a total of $0.15 for all that time. Furthermore, customer service for ********************** doesn't seem to care at all about this. I have submitted two complaints over my time using the site (which I rarely waste time doing), and the general response is, "Sorry. Not our fault."There are much better survey sites available that closely monitor their survey providers and respondents to ensure all parties spend their time well and earn fair compensation. Don't waste time with Survey Junkie; they will take your data and authentic responses while compensating well below slave wages for your time.Business Response

That said, Survey Junkie is constantly working to improve its platform and offer survey opportunities better tailored according to the member's demographic. While Survey Junkie can't always discern which surveys a member will qualify for, most survey opportunities will aim to terminate a member's session within the first 5 minutes if they are not a match. This is done as a preventative measure to lower the chance of spending longer than necessary within a survey.
That said,third-party errors will also occur on occasion and may prevent members from earning the full reward. This is entirely dependent on whether the provider was able to successfully receive the member's submission. Survey Junkie's dedicated support team will always evaluate any surveys sent and determine the best course of action, depending on the severity of the issue. It is recommended to share exact survey IDs, if possible, for a swift and accurate investigation. Please keep in mind that a member's answers are never saved or disclosed to the provider if the member has not been compensated for the promised point amount.Customer Answer

I am just trying to redeem the points that I deserve from taking surveys from ***************************** will not let me! They may be a good survey site but their customer service is a complete joke! I have only been a member since the beginning of May & when I try to send my verification for redeeming points, I have evidently sent wrong, blurry, etc. verifications & then they give me a phone # to call TWICE! *** received multiple phone calls in regards to a company called debt-free solutions saying that I owe back taxes in which case I do not I have an accountant. I file my taxes always on time. Survey Junkie says that you can earn money for taking surveys but they are not following through with the payout. I have tried to redeem my points for a week now and I keep getting a message telling me they couldn't verify my identity. Early may I tried redeeming my points which I accumulated 220$ ..I tried both paypal and bank to cash out and I got an error ..tried for 3 days same error.i contacted them thru the chat bot was no help .days later I got a reply saying I would get my money ..give them my paypal..I did so a week goes by nothing.. contacted again took a while again to get back to me .I was told it takes time that is it..no time frame or any answers to my questions about payout.i really like the surveys I do.but I just want the money I earned and my questions answered not via bot! Now I'm just getting same email about it taking time thanking for my patience. But they have wore thin..what's my next step? Attorney General? Look I just want an explanation as to why its so long and when am I getting paid and can you only cash out in 5 dollar increments. Please note that the member had earned more than ***** points. However, since the maximum redemption threshold on Survey Junkie is set at *****, they wont be able to redeem their points on their own. That being said, we have manually paid out their reward of $220.28 to the PayPal account they provided. Please, allow up to 2 business days for the transaction to be completed. In the future, the member can redeem before reaching 5500 points which will allow them to carry out redemption via all the available options on their own, and they will not have to wait for us to pay out their rewards manually.
