1 starBEWARE these thieves! Horrific experience. They emailed me a receipt immediately, but never sent me a "Confirmation Code" that I would need to exit the parking lot. So I was forced to pay again at the lot to be allowed to leave. I did try to email Global Airport Parking, called them, and even sent an Instagram DM before paying a 2nd time to exit, but they didn't pick up the phone or get back in any capacity. Eventually, later, I got someone on the phone after 16 minutes on HOLD, and they said they wouldn't reimburse me, and that I was wrong, but couldn't prove it. Why would I pay twice? THAT, I can prove. So dumb. Avoid them at all costs. My $36 in parking turning into over $80 because of them. And their customer service is possibly the worst I've ever encountered.Review fromRohit P

1 starVery sneaky company!You can still try this. When making a parking reservation through ******* ** ************** through ** mobile.They take u from the booking page directly to entering the credit card information, hiding the order summary page in a deceptive way. This page surprisingly has the taxes and other fees. Their confirmation email does not specify the total amount for reservation. You would only know about the excess charge when you check your credit card statement.Scam alert!Way.com

1 starThis company took money out of my account without authorization and signed me up for one of their programs and when I mentioned it they canceled the program but didnt put my money back on my account but on their way bucks Im upset because I didnt authorize the payment and they wont put money back on my account but they put it in their system to spend with them. This transaction is fraudulent and the sad part is I was pleased with their service but this I cant tolerateWay.com

1 starI booked a airport parking reservation with way.com in *******, ******* for the day. Cost was $9.99. Later in the day I learned that my flight may be canceled. I received a text from Way.com that my reservation was to expire in a few hours, so I extended for one more day. My flight was not cancelled and I was able to get to the parking lot before time expired on my original reservation. Way.com has refused to return my money for the extension that I never used. Terrible pilicy and company.Way.com

We are also liable to pay to the lot for each spot allocated to our customers as per the contract we have with them. We totally understand your situation caused due to an unexpected flight cancellation. We just wanted to let you know that when you extend a reservation, that space will be blocked for the specific days you've chosen and cannot be utilized for another business. So, due to any personal reason if a customer cancels a reservation after their check-in time, the facility will charge us for that space an also we need an approval from the lot for any refund requests to be initiated. 1 starThis FRAUD of a company deserves NO STARS. I am still in the process of requesting a full refund due to the POOR service. When I arrived at the Laurel ******* in *********, the workers the the booth were not helpful and said to park in any available stall. I paid for covered parking and parked on the 6th floor uncovered parking. In addition, we had to walk to the 5th floor to take the elevator-6th floor elevator was broken. When I returned from my trip, I called several times for the ***************** Finally, someone did answer my call and advised me to proceed to the courtesy shuttle area, which I did. I spoke to several families who were waiting ahead of us for the same shuttle. One family stated that the shuttle driver told her that is would be a ***** minute wait before a shuttle would be arriving. A driver in a black van finally came to pick me up. I noticed that he had a marijuana joint behind his ear. When he reached the garage, he went out of the van and started to smoke it. When I reached my car on the 6th floor in the stall, I noticed another car was randomly parked behind my car. I had to get an employee to move that car in order to get into my car. I have contacted Way.com and have been either on hold or the phone line which keeps ringing and ringing. People who run companies like this furiates me to no end!!!Review fromKendall E

1 starThis company deserves NO stars! I only gave them one because BBB requires a rating.Way.com is a third party vendor for airport parking that does not honor their orders.I purchased parking in a lot near ********************************* (***), and upon arrival, the lot said that Way.com had oversold the spots allotted to them. I then d to purchase parking through the lot.I called Way.com to cancel my order and I sat on hold for two plus hours on two different phone lines, and no one ever answered.Needless to say I'll be doing better research the next time I use a third party. 1 starAfter arriving at the airport I reached out to the phone number listed in the email for the shuttle to my vehicle and did not receive a response after calling for over an hour. I also called and waited over 30 minutes for global parking customer service number with no answer. After an hour and a half I had to come out of pocket $20 for a Lyft.I chose the option to receive a call back and when I did the representative was unable to assist me, so I asked for a supervisor and they hung up on me.The reason that I made this reservation for parking is so that I would not have to pay for a rideshare service to take me to and from the airport. If I wanted to pay for a Lyft, there was no reason for me to pay for parking I simply could've left my vehicle at home and took a Lyft to the airport and back for less. I requested a partial refund for what I had to pay for a Lyft and was met with very poor customer services The representative I spoke with that hung up on me very rudely advised me that the shuttle is a free service. I was only charged for the parking, this is true however, a part of our arrangement was that I would have free shuttle service included which is why I made the booking with this provider out of all the many options available. Now I have not only had to pay for parking but also for transportation from the airport.The supervisor called me back and reiterated the mute point made by the first representative. Finally, and what I can assume was an attempt to get me off the phone they offered to reach out to the hotel, but let me know that they cannot refund me, even though I pay their company because they took the money I paid and paid the lot so I would have to seek reparation from the lot itself.After a week of waiting, I never heard from that supervisor again. Do yourself a favor. Use one stop parking or a reputable company because if you have an issue with the parking lot, global parking will not help you.Review fromCHRISTIAN B

1 starI tried to find a parking lot at JFK on the web and Way.com kept coming up. They provided a quote of $159.35 and information to park at the assigned lot. When I got there, the lot said they had no record of me paying through Way.com so I had to pay the parking lot $171.71. When I got home I saw that Way.com had billed my credit card $161.71 plus $38.82, a total of $200.53. MUCH more than their quote.So I paid a total of $372.24! My credit card company has not been able to resolve it in my favor. I have emailed numerously two different Way account reps to no avail.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS A FRAUD!Review fromLisa K

1 starI purchased parking from this company for July 3-7 2023. When I showed up to use the parking, I was told they do not accept way.com, and that they have tried multiple times to get their parking removed from way.com so that other consumers did not make this same mistake. When I contacted the company for a refund I have had to do a run around and they are not refunding me the cost in which I paid for a service I did not receive. The person on customer service forwarded me to a supervisor, in which I then sat in silence with no one to speak to. They called back and hung up on me. I finally received an email back after almost 2 weeks, and have to PROVE that I paid for parking a second time. I have used this company before with no issues, but will never use them again after this,
