      **************** PARKING!DO NOT PARK HERE! Everything about it SUCKS! I don't know how they stay in business. Upon arrival, it was completely abandoned. So much for the 24 hour security. There are no signs to indicate this is the parking lot so we had to waste more time circling to find the entrance. Then we called the number on the vacant office. An elderly man answered as if I messed up his nap and groggily said he'd be there to shuttle us in 15 minutes. After about 30 minutes, he arrived unhurriedly, said nothing after I tried to greet him "good morning", moseyed to the office, gave us some paperwork to complete, (although we had already done that), then finally let us in the van. We took the scenic route and finally got the airport. We tipped him anyway, as it is our custom. When we returned, the return shuttle was even worse. An Arab-like older man picked us up after waiting about 45 minutes after landing. He pulled into the loading area and pointed to the rear for us to load our luggage in the trunk of the small van. We both have back problems and asked him if he could load the luggage into the van. He did not even answer. He looked at us as if to say "you are strong women". Disrespectful and unprofessionally cheesy. The "covered" parking could only hold two (2) vehicles. As we got into the vehicle, we noticed small ants in and around my vehicle. I've never had to exterminate a vehicle before! He had us blocked in so we had to wait for him to get in his vehicle to let us out. We were overcharged and are currently seeking a refund for the overage. It was the worse experience in airport parking and not worth the price. WARNING: PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. -25 out of 10

      We booked through way.com for long term.parking and we got SP *** parking alot. It was horrible .1. Website address does not match the physical location.2. Driver was very unprofessional. He used every s and f word in the vocabulary. Just a as we were traveling with family.3. After arrival we waited more than 1 hour and called the driver multiple time and he had nasty *** unprofessional addiitude.4. My husband had tonsit in his knee bc there were no seats.5. He picked up more passenger then what his stingy and smelly van can hold.6. When we finally got to the spot our car was parked on the street. 7.and this random *** ***** our key and when we asked where isbthe car, driver said right there on the street. I did not paid to park my car on the street.

      I used this company's services about 1 1/2 years ago. When I signed up it was not made clear that I would have a subscription charge of $1.95 each month. I never received notifications that I was being charged this amount every month but it was coming out of bank account. Yes, I should have noticed it, but I think this is not an ethical or legal way to do business.

      I used the way to book a parking space at the best western hotel lot because it was near the **************** which was holding a concert I was attending. It cost $18.75, the hotel did not honor my reservation and said booking through the way was a scam. They refunded me way bucks but I wanted a full refund to my original payment method which they did not grant me. Do not use this fraudulent company!

When a reservation is not honored by the lot, we are required to investigate the issue directly with them. As part of this process, we had requested a receipt from the alternative parking location you used so we could verify the situation and proceed accordingly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response or supporting documentation from your end.That said, we have canceled your original booking and issued a full refund in the form of ******** credit as a gesture of goodwill and in accordance with our policy. Additionally, we can see that this charge has now been disputed through your bank. Since the dispute is currently in process, we must wait for a response from the bank.       Do not use this service. They charged me for full service even though the vehicle never made it there due to vehicle registration issues. (I could not register the car in order to park it there and no one to answer the phone) ) and their cancelation policy is not displayed properly.

      Used this site way for parking @ the ***************** by ORD airport it said shuttle transportation to the airport and back to the hotel my flight leaves @ 6:50 am but guy @ the front desk said their shuttle bus doesnt start running until 5 oclock am I had to pay $18 more for a cad .. on point of returning it took the shuttle bus 30 minutes to come pick me back up from the airport send email to WAY..they never reply

      WAY.com never sent me a confirmation email so I couldn't park, then refused to refund the parking charge. They expected me to go down the rabbit whole of fixing their mistake on the day of my red eye flight.

If we had been contacted on or before your check-in date, we would have done our best to assist and offer a resolution in real time.Since your reservation was not canceled before the check-in time and your request was received two days after the reservation period had ended, we are unable to issue a refund.       STOP!!! DO NOT USE ( WAY.COM )THIS "SERVICE" is a SCAM (Unless you like to be disappointed)... I used this service for long term parking. My flight was cancelled due to weather, I spoke to the parking lot attendant about refunding me for the time not used, he said there was nothing they could do because I ordered the service thru way.com. He said it wouldn't be a problem because I picked the car up the same day. I called a few days later and they (way.com) refused to refund me unless I provided proof the flight was cancelled, which I can not locate. Save yourself the headache, time, and aggravation and call long term parking lots directly yourself. This 3rd party site is NOT worth the aggravation it causes.Just run away from anything they offer. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. There's NOTHING worse than paying for service you didn't receive. ****** learned. NEVER AGAIN.

For parking bookings with ARB Parking, we require proof of flight cancellation (such as an email or text from the airline or flight number) in order to issue a partial credit refund, as per their policy.From our records, your check-in was on April 8th and check-out on April 13th. And your initial contact to Way.com was on April 13th, where you mentioned your flight on April 8th was cancelled and requested for a refund.
