      This is the absolute worst company on the planet. They say "complementary shuttle" on their website, but they don't say...if the shuttle is not working you must walk or catch a taxi or they will charge you for overstaying your reservation. I tried to contact them while waiting at the terminal and the number they gave just rang with no answer. When I finally got to the parking lot, they would not let me out unless I paid them extra (I was pre-paid). Seems like a great way to scam extra money. Very sad. They should not be able to do business in **********.

Please understand that Way is an online market place and we do not own or operate any of the facilities listed on our website or app physically. Shuttles are provided as complementary by the facilities directly to the customers and we don't charge anything from our end for the shuttle. We have made this clear on our terms and conditions which was provided on both website and the app. The reservation through Way.com is for the space which is pre-booked through us for the exact date and time that you have chosen. Any extra time incurred can be charged by the facility as per their original rates and it's their sole decision whether to charge extra or not. Unfortunately, Way cannot be held liable for any shuttle issues.       Hi I use Way.com when I leased my *** mini online . I was able to add my insurance online . Since then I saw they had other ways of me saving on car expenses. I know use them for parking , gas and carwashes pretty cool .

      I wish I could give Way a zero stars. I have gone through Way twice for airport parking and both experiences were absolutely horrible. Way claims that they give *************** for airport parking but its all a scam. Way charges less just to get people to book through them. However when the time comes to go park the car at the parking lot the day that vacation starts, the scamming begins. Scam Part 1 If the parking lot place that was booked is NOT full, you are okay to park there. However, lo and behold there are hidden added fees. The parking lot company at the time youre trying to park your car will tell you that if your car is basically bigger than a compact car then theres an additional up charge anywhere between $5-$20 per day. None of which was/is explained in the confirmation email received from Way after booking. That was confirmed by the woman I spoke too from Way as well. Scam part 2 is if the parking lot is full, the parking lot company will tell you that they are full and they dont care if you have a confirmation number from Way or not. If there are no spots left then there are no spots left. Now if you are going on vacation and have to be at the airport 2 hours early, Good Luck if the parking lot is full!! You will have to call Way to tell them that your parking lot (to which you paid to park there (months in advance) is somehow full. When trying to call Way (at 4am in my case) its unbelievable that the only thing they can say is that they will try to book you somewhere else. People have a flight to catch and dont have time driving 15 -20 or more minutes in another direction to go to another place. Ive been denied at 2 parking lots booking through Way the first time. I ended up parking at the Airport myself and luckily I had 10 minutes left to board, before my plane took off. I will NEVER book through Way ever again and I hope that people read this review. Its a shame that people have to go through things like this.

      For the past five years, I've relied on this company for my parking needs and have every intention of continuing to do so. Given our frequent travels, it's comforting to know that if I ever have concerns about a parking lot, Global Airport Parking is just a call away, and they handle the matter promptly. The flexibility to choose from various lots in the area is a significant perk, recognizing that we all have our preferences.Having accumulated over 100 nights of parking with this company, the savings have been substantial, amounting to hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. It's easy to overlook positive experiences when everything goes smoothly, but I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Global Airport Parking for consistently being the best. Their service not only ensures peace of mind but also contributes to our ability to allocate more funds to our passion for travel.       We cancelled the reservation 24 hrs before check in time and they gave us way bucks for future reservations which can be used anytime. They expired those way bucks without notifying us last week saying they decided to change terms and conditions and revoke those on dec 15. This is not fair to consumer as it was not notified and neither has an expiry date on the profile. We called customer service and talked to the manager too and said they cannot help with reinstating or giving the credit back. This is not fair and transparent for customers.

      They charged me twice for one reservation. Emailed them multiple times and they offered no assistance, only sent a form letter saying they dont do cancellations. I was not asking for a cancellation; I was asking them to refund me because they charged my credit card twice for one reservation. This Is Fraud!

Please note that we are liable to pay to the parking facility for each spot allocated to our customers as per the contract we have with them and our cancellation policy doesn't allow us to initiate any refunds after the check-in time without the approval of the lot, as it is considered to be a loss of business by them since the spot is reserved. Also, we see that these two reservations were made at different times and have used two different emails for the bookings. So, it is clear that this is not a mistake or system glitch from our end.       Charged me exactly TWICE the agreed amount on my credit card and when I asked for a refund of the difference they told me TWICE that they couldn't provide refunds after check-in, although there was obviously no way to check the credit card charge before check-in for a parking reservation made on the way to park. Finally told they would issue a credit only after disputing the charge through the credit card company.

They will charge us for the space if the customer couldn't use it or they are requesting a last minute cancellation after the check-in time. This is considered to be a loss of business by the facility and due to this reason our cancellation and refund policy doesn't allow us to process any refunds after the check-in time. However, we see that your double booked reservation was cancelled on 11-16-2023 from our end and the refund was processed back to your original payment method as a one time courtesy.       BUYER BEWARE!Booked 10 days of remote parking at ***. Got to the entrance at 4AM, the same entrance shown on their website, and it was not lit. Not one light or attendant, and it was in a scaaaary part of *******. My wife and I looked at each other and agreed there was no way we were going to drive into the place. It looked deserted. 2 hours after our reservation time I called their customer service number and they would not issue a refund. I even offered to pay for a full day even though it had only been 2 hours, and the woman said she had to charge us for the full 10 days.Way.com is a very shady company.

      Booked a week long parking stay at ******* International for $60, when i arrived the attendant said they're not honoring way.com reservations because that company doesn't pay their bills. Had to pay $145 at the gate and way.com now refuses to refund me.

      Terrible customer service. Many of the parking lots DO NOT HAVE Shuttles to the airport. Sometimes you will not find out until you get to the parking lot. They will not refund your money. I made a reservation for Motel 6 at ******, and when I arrived they told me there was no shuttle. So I had to either take a $30 Uber or find another lot. So I found another lot and asked for a refund. I lost my $33. I wonder how many other folks they are ripping off like this. Terrible, ***************** praying on those who can least afford it. Shame on them.
