      We cancelled the reservation 24 hrs before check in time and they gave us way bucks for future reservations which can be used anytime. They expired those way bucks without notifying us last week saying they decided to change terms and conditions and revoke those on dec 15. This is not fair to consumer as it was not notified and neither has an expiry date on the profile. We called customer service and talked to the manager too and said they cannot help with reinstating or giving the credit back. This is not fair and transparent for customers.

      They charged me twice for one reservation. Emailed them multiple times and they offered no assistance, only sent a form letter saying they dont do cancellations. I was not asking for a cancellation; I was asking them to refund me because they charged my credit card twice for one reservation. This Is Fraud!

Please note that we are liable to pay to the parking facility for each spot allocated to our customers as per the contract we have with them and our cancellation policy doesn't allow us to initiate any refunds after the check-in time without the approval of the lot, as it is considered to be a loss of business by them since the spot is reserved. Also, we see that these two reservations were made at different times and have used two different emails for the bookings. So, it is clear that this is not a mistake or system glitch from our end.       Charged me exactly TWICE the agreed amount on my credit card and when I asked for a refund of the difference they told me TWICE that they couldn't provide refunds after check-in, although there was obviously no way to check the credit card charge before check-in for a parking reservation made on the way to park. Finally told they would issue a credit only after disputing the charge through the credit card company.

      We are sorry to hear about your experience while using our service.Please note that as an online marketplace we are liable to pay to each facility listed on our website as per the contract we have with them. They will charge us for the space if the customer couldn't use it or they are requesting a last minute cancellation after the check-in time. This is considered to be a loss of business by the facility and due to this reason our cancellation and refund policy doesn't allow us to process any refunds after the check-in time. However, we see that your double booked reservation was cancelled on 11-16-2023 from our end and the refund was processed back to your original payment method as a one time courtesy. It would have been credited to you in **** business days. We always try our best to make things right for our customers.       BUYER BEWARE!Booked 10 days of remote parking at ***. Got to the entrance at 4AM, the same entrance shown on their website, and it was not lit. Not one light or attendant, and it was in a scaaaary part of *******. My wife and I looked at each other and agreed there was no way we were going to drive into the place. It looked deserted. 2 hours after our reservation time I called their customer service number and they would not issue a refund. I even offered to pay for a full day even though it had only been 2 hours, and the woman said she had to charge us for the full 10 days.Way.com is a very shady company.

      Booked a week long parking stay at ******* International for $60, when i arrived the attendant said they're not honoring way.com reservations because that company doesn't pay their bills. Had to pay $145 at the gate and way.com now refuses to refund me.

      Terrible customer service. Many of the parking lots DO NOT HAVE Shuttles to the airport. Sometimes you will not find out until you get to the parking lot. They will not refund your money. I made a reservation for Motel 6 at ******, and when I arrived they told me there was no shuttle. So I had to either take a $30 Uber or find another lot. So I found another lot and asked for a refund. I lost my $33. I wonder how many other folks they are ripping off like this. Terrible, ***************** praying on those who can least afford it. Shame on them.

      I should have read about this app before i paid it. On sept 15 i booked parking for about ****** dollars for ************ parking. A couple weeks passed and my itinary had been changed. I went ahead and downloaded the way app from the email link and then proceeded to changing my flight times only with less time spent. The app then added more funds to an amount of $******, which I ended up printing for the valet staff. When I got there, 3 valets were there and the refused the receipt and asked me to go inside the sheraton hotel and pay the claim # slip to my car and print 2 receipts. 1 for the valet side and another for myself. I was asked to call way.com support to issue a refund afterwards. When i called and explained I was denied by customer service. I called a total of 4 times until i clearly explained better and mentioned at the end i almost paid 500 dollars just for parking for 6 days...the way customer support guy initiated a refund of the original amount charged to me for ******. However ******** charged me ****** on their end after they saw my way order number of ******. They told me way.com needs to do the refund and way customer service had gotten the valet from the hotel to provide him his manager name overall. I almost missed my flight here. I should have taken an uber it is 68 dollars plus from my place to airport. Great to start my vacation!

      I paid for airport parking through my way.com app and when I exited the airport ******** had to pay an extra $11. What a scam. When I tried to contact way.com no one replied as if they dont care. (Btw I was NOT late, so it wasnt a late fee)Thats just not right!!!

      Avoid GAP if at all possible. I made a reservation on the Global Airport Parking webpage for 8 days and paid online. My travel plans changed and I needed to cancel the reservation (1 week BEFORE the reservation was to start). As per the instructions on my GAP receipt/confirmation, I went to their website to cancel. That option is not available. I called the help number and was told that I needed to download the WAY app on my phone. They stepped me through it, but never got it to work. I complained and they finally cancelled the reservation on the phone. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd give them a zero if it was possible.This is sad. I have used GAP in the past and they gave good service. NOW, it is horrible!

      Scam! They claimed to have parking available for a fee of $5.99 per day at a ************** in ******. When the hotel was contacted they were totally unaware of this. WAY would have the individual fill out a form on line and provide credit card information or use ****** pay. I was going to use their service but became suspicious. After I set up a date online and didnt complete the transaction they kept hounding me, even offering me a discount. I removed my account and want to let others be forewarned.
