1 starBy far the worst. I booked parking and when I arrived, the attendant said he was full. I then had to pay 4 times the price at same day off airport parking. The recourse they offered was to give me my money back (of course) then to offer $30 off a future booking with them.I will NEVER book with them again. Just a scam.Be aware, they do nothing to make it right. Even though I paid with my credit card immediately, it took me days of tracking down receipts, calling and staying on hold, email communication and wasted time just to get my money back.Stay away from this company.Way.com

Im truly sorry to hear about your experience. Its completely understandable how frustrating that must have been, especially with your travel plans on the line. We strive to provide reliable service, and its disappointing to hear we fell short.We are a third party booking company and do not operate the location physically, so the lot full issues are outside of our control. 2 starsGreat for finding a parking space near an airport.Horrible refund when you need to cancel or change a reservation, all they give are Way bucks for future........I'm not sure how they match real US $!And horrible when they try to automatically enroll you in a Way+ account. Got an email it was going to be a paid subscription at 1 pm on the afternoon before they started charging my account! I sent two emails to customer support to cancel. Then next morning I went in to my account to cancel my credit card payment, they wouldn't let me as they had enrolled me in the Way+ subscription. I never activated this on my phone, nor requested to be enrolled, but it was automatically done! When i tried to go into my Way account and delete my subscription, I could not find any way to do so. So I had to call and wait over 40 minutes (as I', sure others were doing the same as me!) to talk to a representative who has taken this "automatic" subscription off my account. Rep said it was added as a trial subscription, but I was never notified of that either! Thin twice about using Way! And don't leave a credit card filed for payments as they automatically try to enroll you in unwanted/needed subscritptions!Way.com

Im sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with unexpected charges and difficulty canceling subscriptions.I want to clarify that there is an option to revert credits back to your payment card, which is now active in the app. Please note that you have signed up for our Way+ Sapphire subscription plan as a trial version and received a confirmation email as well as another email with an option to cancel or continue using it before it becomes paid. We assume that both emails went unnoticed, so the subscription continued to charge you. However, as per your request we have cancelled your subscription with a refund and you won't be getting any charges in the future. Thanks for your understanding and patience. 1 starI arrived at the ************** lot on March 21. Before handing my keys over I explained that I would be picking my car up 2 days early. The person behind the desk told me that in order to get my refund I would have to contact Way.com. I then was told that I had to pay $111. In cash or through Zelle for a fee because my car was a ***** CRV. I explained that I was not aware of this charge, however, being I was on my way to catch a flight I was pretty much forced to do this. I was a bit taken aback by the fact that they would not allow a credit card payment. Cash only. I called Way.com the next day to discuss the refund for bringing my car back 48 hrs early(2 days) and was informed by an associate of Way.com that I would need to turn my car in on that date and ************* I could submit for a refund. I called Way.com and was told they do not refund anyone for returning a vehicle early, said it was in the contract. I explained that I reviewed this with the person that assisted me at time of drop off of my vehicle and with a person who assisted me from Way.com. Both instructed me on how I go about getting a refund. This additional charge which is cash only should have been disclosed and the refund for the 2 days in which my car was not on the lot should be refunded.Way.com

You have the option to cancel the reservation any time before your check-in if you do not wish to use the reservation as per the instructions provided by the parking lot. However, you have utilized this reservation and unfortunately, didn't notice the details provided through confirmation email. 1 starVery misleading, recommend you stay away. If your booking a service in a Non *********** you will be charged US$. The invoice doesn't state this. Also once you book extra fees are added on site by the vendor.Review fromNicole C

1 starI have used this company twice and each time they are charging me for a subscription fee which I didnt agree to. Each time I call customer service Im on hold and then the phone hang **** People please check your credit card its a small fee around 2.95 but that is not the point I want to cancel both if them asap.Way.com

1 starSCAM!!! SCAM!! SCAM!!! Avoid WAY.COM by all means IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOOSE YOUR HARD earned MONEY, be INCONVENIENCED and GO CRAZY!! I reserved my parking space with this company at ************************** ******************* Covered lot, ********************************************************************************. My BOOKING was from MARCH 26TH to APRIL 3RD, 2024. On ARRIVAL at *************** just before my flight at *** airport which was less than an hour away, I was turned away and had to seek other parking alternatives! I was informed by ******** SUITES that WAY.COM had a horrible reputation of overbooking their customers and did not also have a reputable BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP with Sheraton. My parking expense that was to cost me $77 if I had intially parked at SHERATON SUITES, turned out to a WHOOPING $261 at *** @ the rate of $29 PER DAY!!! This was a TERRIBLE ECONOMIC LOSS FROM my SIDE, but I learned a GREAT ******** It seems to me WAY.COM does not adhere to any BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL ETHICS or STANDARDS whatsoever! 1 starIn early March 2024, I paid for Sonesta Outdoor Valet Parking at *** for two upcoming trips. One trip in March and the other in June. When I arrived at the ************** the valet refused to park the car and told me I had to park the car myself in the parking garage across the street. He said the Way.com vouchers were not valid. I contacted Way.com after we returned and requested a refund for the refused service and confirmation that the valet service would be honored on my next reservation. The **************** people at ********************** have repeatedly been very unhelpful, apparently not reading/understanding the situation and just citing their no-refund policy. Failing to deliver the service I paid for should be an obvious exception to the no-refund policy. At least at the level of front line ****************, it is obvious ********************** does not care. I have asked to have my case escalated and that has not happened. I just keep getting the same canned responses. A very disappointing experience with a company I used to enjoy and recommend.Way.com

1 starZero stars. This place is a complete scam. I chose a parking lot/airport shuttle service off of their website based off of photos they provided called Select. Turns out, that parking lot has been closed for years. Instead, ****** maps directed me to the Hampton Inn which I was specifically trying to avoid because their shuttle service is notoriously unreliable (I have almost missed flights before). Upon further inspection, multiple parking lots they provide on their website that are now closed (yet they are still willing to mislead and charge you for) are just the Hampton Inn in disguise. Im disgusted. Wont bother trying to get my money back because I know Ill be ignored, but may contact the news. When I returned after my vacation they had parked my car IN A FIRE LANE. Never again. Do better Way.com
