      I purchased a $250 vanilla gift card for my sister back in December 2023, it was a Christmas gift that she has had in her possession the whole time. She tried to use it and noticed the balance was $0 she check the online bank statement for that card and noticed all $250 was used at a target. We called vanilla hopping they could help us but they basically said this has been happening and we cannot help. Only thing you can do is file a case and tbh you probably wont get your money back anyways either someone is this coming is stealing from them or the company is stealing from their customers. The target the person used the card was somewhere in ********** ****** ******** 09/01/2024 9:12am In case this company decides to investigate further. Ill probably be getting a lawyer to talk to the vanilla company very soon.

      I purchased a Vanilla gift card from ******** but I have been unable to use the funds. I have tried to call or get a refund on the Vanilla card website, but I have not had any luck reaching anyone. I would like a refund, as I am unable to use the money.

      I ordered 2 walking canes from ************ (or) ************ I forget ** name. But 3 days later I recieved a call saying my card declined from the 1st # then the 2nd # called and said same thing and asked if I had another card I wanted to use and I hung up on them because I had ***** on my card and they sounded like a scam the total of canes would have been $32.00 I then called VISA debit ************ and asked my balance they wanted ** name I said i did not have it but I had their number and they said something about $11.00 but i **uld not understand her but she would not give me my balance and she the Visa ** blocked me from calling them on my card because I swore at her. I have ***** I am losing from them.

      I used my Go2 Visa prepaid card to reserve a hotel room over the phone with the hotels reservation department. The reservation was made March 10th early afternoon. I told them I'd be paying cash when I checked in, they said that's fine the card wouldn't be billed at all, just on file to reserve the room. Which I already knew this, I'm a military veteran and travel a lot. I've used other cards such as cash app and chime to do the exact same thing. I checked into the ******* Parkersburg/****** on the evening of that day, the 10th. I paid for the two days I had reserved with my Go2 Visa upon check-in, for the amount of ******. I checked out the 12th, and never even thought about Go2 Visa keeping my money the ****** from my reservation in a pending status, until I tried using my card and it was declined the day after I had checked out of the *******. Since that day, the 13th, I have called Go2 Visa four times about them keeping my money in this pending limbo. I've never experienced this using any other of my cards to reserve anything before. And nowhere on their app or website do they say that they do this if you use their card to reserve things. Or I would never have used it. They keep telling me when I call that it will stay in pending status to make sure no other charges are added. I've said repeatedly to them that's impossible because I've been checked out from said hotel now for over a week and said hotel has offered to fax them whatever they would need to see that. These phone workers I'm dealing with either hang up on me, out me on hold last time I sat over a half hour. This last call I made 20 mins ago, she hung on me again. Can u please help me find resolution to this? I need that money, I'm a veteran on a pension and that's a lot of money for someone else to just hold onto for no reason! I want to *** for mental pain, because their customer service is awful, rude, judgemental and downright mean!! I didn't know where else to turn. Thank you for your time

      I bought a card in January and they claimed fraud and replaced it I got a new one this week and same thing and I took a picture of it. It has 500$. I want my money back!

      On December 20 2023 I received a Vanilla gift card as a Christmas present for the amount of one hundred and fifty dollars. On January 2024 I tried to use the card but has 4 digits missed. I haven been calling the Vanilla, Visa gift card ever since and up today they do not give me a any answer to this matter or send me a replacement card. I want to field a complaint against Visa Vanilla gift card.

      On November 2, 2023 I purchased a VISA gift card for $300 at CVS in Old *********, ** as a gift.When the recipient tried to use it the gift card had been completely drained through scammers in another state. A claim was filed with VISA on December 13, 2023 with all receipts. There has not been a resolution or refund of this amount. It is well over the 90 day period for the resolution.

      Received a Vanilla Gift Visa card for Christmas. Activated the card but store said it did not work, checked the activation on Vanilla Gift website, showed active and ready to use. Tried the card at a different store but they said it does not work. Tried to check the card a third time on the Vanilla Gift web site and could not get passed the picking the penguin out of 5 buses which would never allow me to check the activation for a third time. The card is on $50 but how many other people encounter this poor business model... or is it, maybe the business model it for them to keep all the $50.

      Im bought 5 Visa Gift Cards ( $***** each). I was running out of money and my medication. I attempted to use the cards at several different places and they all said that I had a (-) negative balance on all of the cards. I called the Visa ***************** and they said that they would send me 2 new cards at my home address- I was supposed to be staying in ** for another couple of weeks. I had to have my sister wire me some money so that I could buy my medication and food.I tried multiple places to get the cards to work but they didnt. I called the Visa ****************** today and they said that 2 of my cards were fully functional and they had $ ***** left on them. The remaining card had only $1.00 left on it and I never used it for anything!!
