  We have attempted to speak to this client about the emails we have been sending her regarding routine check-ins and updates. We double checked the email address with her, she confirmed it was the right email, but twice now she said she was too busy to check and see if they went into a spam folder. Additionally, we explained to her that her legal team had also reached to her to provide updates. They were also unable to reach her. We are prepared to supply the BBB with dates and times of all emails and phone calls if necessary. We will continue to attempt to communicate with this client and hopefully she can find a time when she is not too busy to assist in resolving this matter.

  Very professional, we dont have the end result yet of getting out of our timeshare but we we re w told it takes a while very responsive with answers to questions.

  We must say that we are somewhat taken aback by these statements. We have records from our phone system that show calls that were made to the number we have on file for this client. As far as not sending emails unless it is regarding payments, we can supply both the client and BBB with emails to this client that are case updates, routine check-ins etc. all of which were emailed to the client while their payments were up to date. We specifically state in our service agreement (which these clients both signed) that if a client is more than 30 days late in their payments to us that they are in breach of the agreement and we can stop working on their case. Even though these clients are more than 90 days late in their payments to us, we are still continuing to service their file. We are still helping them navigate the verbiage that is used in a timeshare contract termination. A very important note: These clients are out of their timeshares. The developer has issued them a form stating such. The tax form that the developer issued is only issued when the clients are out of the timeshare. They no longer have the two timeshare mortgages totaling almost $40,000. They no longer have mortgage payments of over $640 each month. They no longer have maintenance fees totaling over $7,000/year. We will still continue to help them to make sure that they comprehend the benefits of being timeshare free.

  Very professional, answered all questions. You never felt rushed when answering their questions.They told you exactly what the process would entail and the time line it would take.
